Tom James Towing

Our business recently used Tom James when a ratchet strap got picked up in the drive shaft of our service truck and took out a fuel line. The usual bigger towing companies generally refuse to tow a dually loaded with tools, but Tom James came promptly and towed it without a fuss.Their dispatcher was great to talk to, and we were able to coordinate it to be charged under our CAA membership (easiest if you call CAA first and ask for Tom James specifically).Thanks to them we were able to get the truck to our shop to unload our gear, and to our mechanic soon after, and now we are back in business! 5/5 stars for us.-KennPeninsula Welding

Got a boost yesterday (after the big storm, discovered my battery was dead)...they arrived quickly, were pleasant, and got the job done. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend (this is our second time using this company - another time, with a previous car, we had to get a tow). Thanks for the excellent service again!

Got my car stuck in the mud the other day - I called Tom James towing and the friendly receptionist had a truck out to me in less than 30 min out in some rural, hard to find area in Port Colborne. I was especially impressed because their friendly tow truck driver Keith knew how to handle my Tesla, made sure it was in towing mode, and even knew where to look for the tow hook and what sensor to remove to hook it on. Tesla's are very, very heavy cars but Keith had me out and safely on my way in minutes!! Thanks guys!!!

Absolutely the most delightful people work here. I had to get my vehicle towed and the drivers had me cracking up the entire time. The woman who answered the phone was also incredibly kind.Fast service with a big heaping of kindness. They made the stress of a broken car just a little less stressful!

I have been used Tom James towing recently to move my scrap cars and other vehicles around the area. They have been on time and hastle free! The drivers have been excellent at coming to my place and plucking cars right off my hoist.Very appreciative, thanks!

After waiting nearly 2 hours for CAA (and being told it was going to be another hour when we called for an update) we realized we could call someone else which is when we found Tom James Towing online.They arrived within 25 mins, courteously and efficiently fixed our problem and we were on our way after paying what we felt was a very reasonable price.Cancelling my CAA membership today and putting Tom James in my phone contacts in case we’re in need down the road (pun intended).

Charging car owners nearly $700 dollars for abondoning their cars to get home with their family on christmas. A lot of people were forced to work during this crazy storm. Cities and any Tow Company that is trying to benefit off of this should be ashamed.I stayed home and didn't need services btw.

Today our Honda Civic was towed by Tom James Towing. We were provided with excellent service. The tow truck drivers were very friendly and professional. The staff were polite and pleasant to speak with. We will definitely use this tow company again.
