The technician who showed up(Adam)was very professional. He was very respectful of the current situation (covid). Did an assessment in the morning and was informed that he would be back the next day to do the repairs. Received a call a few hours later and said they would be back that afternoon. Work was completed with in an hour. Would definitely recommend having service done by this company.

We've used EOD a few times in the past for maintenance items. We needed to upgrade our one door/hardware to accommodate a Hobby" lift we are having installed. EOD gave a fair quote

Came same day I called.They were fast and through.I only needed lubrication and adjustment to the mechanism.Great service.

Terrible customer service! We had our electric opener installed over a year ago and I called for help because we had had several issues which I tried to resolve on my own not knowing it was under warranty. So when I finally called the woman who answered blamed me for the problems and was not helpful?? How can it be my fault for trying to fix a problem? The problem was already there. I lubricated the track. I cleaned the sensors. I tightened the belt. I adjusted the limits when the door kept opening. But I caused the problems!? I incorrectly assumed the door should work properly and it was something small which I could solve with the manual. It was not. Also, the original installer was very surly and left sharp tacks and bits of wire all over my garage floor. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

A rarity in today's world - what a fabulous experience! Spotted EOD down the street working on another home, stopped and asked if they could take a look at our turn of the century garage door with a very recent wheel and track problem rendering opening & closing of the garage door impossible. Not only were they able to fix it quickly, they didn't wait to get paid! Maybe I'll get a bill, but talk about amazing and I'm so happy to recommend and use in the future! Bravo super helpful EOD team that were just here!

Both springs broke on our garage door. Eastern overhead sent out a technician and had it fixed in an hour. Great service, price, and friendly knowledgeable technician. Door opens and closes more smoothly and quieter than before. Would definitely recommend for all your garage door needs.

I literally have had 3 bad experiences with this company. These guys only care about commercial businesses, and don’t give any care to residential.You guys are lucky you even got one star from me. I want to give no star review.The lady on the phone was the rudest person I’ve even talked to. If you hate your life/job that much…QUIT! Someone needs to fire your @$$!I will never deal with this company again, and won’t send anyone you way either.They don’t return calls, the are rude, they have nothing in stock….etc!So here’s the thing….you never know who is on the other line. You fix all our doors at my place of business. Or should I say you “DID” fix our doors.Eastern Overhead Doors just lost some good business.Ask your ignorant batch at the front desk if it was worth it!

I called another place (number that was on my existing garage door) and they never picked up or called back. But these guys....fantastic start to finish. Excellent customer service from the start, and explains all costs. Everything was done in a timely manner too. The technician was professional and fast too! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for the service!

Not a happy experience. We had our door installed here several years ago and had been happy with it until recently when the spring mechanism tore out of the wall because, I believe the screws or bracket was was not long enough to bear the weight of this double door. The staff at the office when I voiced my concerns were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me the manager was unwilling to speak to me. The reason we choose local businesses is because of the personal service. I am very disappointed.

Had a defective keypad and garage opening on its own. Tech came in to check and said the issue could be defective motherboard . Reset the programming and said to check for a week if the garage opens on its own.Called after a week and said the garage has stopped opening on its own but my keypad is still not working. Came back and replaced the keypad and charged me for two visits while they could have replaced the keypad in the first visit itself and saved another trip and money.Service is great and tech was very professional however I wish they planned their work correctly so that they would bill me for only one visit and they could have been easily avoided the second one.Total cost to replace a keypad and reprogram was $338!!!! Could have been $214 with one visit.
