I ordered a piece that was shipped from Germany - it arrived damaged at my home via ups. What impressed me was the way in which the team at LUMAS set about immediately addressing this issue. Awa and her colleagues were exceptionally attentive and thorough in their follow up in securing a replacement. In the current environment, things will go wrong. What matters most is how a business responds. This one responded exceptionally well. I thoroughly recommend not just for the art work, but for the service.

Happy to see LUMAS has made it to Toronto! Great place to pick up museum-quality, limited edition, photographic artwork at a fair price range. Incredible staff, portfolio, and location. Love the European concept. Highly recommend to anyone looking for artwork for their home or business.

Lumas has a great modern collection from a variety of artists. Art pieces of all sizes. Something for everyone. The staff is very professional, friendly and approachable. I have had great customer service from Lumas as a Designer and in purchasing art for my clients.
