This location is the worst in terms of serving speed and employees training. On top of that, their puffs are smaller than let’s say Brossard location, they put less toppings and puffs, like literally that they count to give 30 (in other places they just throw full box and move on to make customers waiting less)Oh, should I mention that they didn’t have cones for ice cream on sunny weekend day and add a sugar to your coffee from a box with a tea spoon? Ask to see that spoon and box before you ask to add your sugar ;)

Great as usual. Once we tried Mr.Puffs in Ottawa and can't stop visiting in our province. Absolutely delicious. If you bever tried before- come and give it a try.

No point on ordering online before. Ordered at 18:25 and got confirmation it would be ready at 18:42.I got there 30 minutes after ordering and it took an extra 20 waiting there.Really poor customer service, the worker basically told me that they didn’t even look if they had online orders.Would not recommend

Who could say no to freshly deep fried Loukoumades covered in chocolate, salted caramel or honey? So good! Happy to finally have Mr. Puffs in our neighbourhood.

My first visit was as expected; magical, full of flavor, chewy and crispy. Each subsequent visit has since been incrementally worse; Puffs hard as rocks that were obviously fried over and over, employees discussing for minutes instead of helping customers or taking orders. Not expecting to return as I had to discard my last order completely. Very dissapointing for a new franchise.

Worst M puffs. Owner is never there to help his staff. Does not care about customer care service. Waiting time between 30 mins to 45 mins to get an order.( Does not make any sense!)
