I experienced a very serious snowboarding accident that resulted in a concussion and neck injury. I promptly advised studio and provided doctors note from the hospital, outlining that I will not be able to attend kickboxing (doctor informed me injury could be apparent for at least 6 weeks). Prior to this accident, I gave my 60 days notice to end my I Love Kickboxing agreement. I currently have about 6 weeks left of said agreement. Their policy (disability and death) essentially makes it impossible to cancel a membership due to injury, even though I was informed by doctor I would be out for at least 6 weeks (which brings me to the end of my agreement). The company argues that after being at the hospital and providing them with a doctors note, that I now have to connect with a doctor to have them fill out a form stating I will not be able to attend kickboxing for 6 months, despite my contract ending in 6 weeks (this does not even make sense as the timeline of 6 months isn't even relevant in my case). This is an absolute waste of the medical system's time, and mine while recovering. It is unrealistic to ask of someone who is spreading providing medical documentation for the remainder of my agreement, and could in fact have lasting effects for a very long time. On top of all of this, it took over a week to get any sort of response. I would not recommend I Love Kickboxing. It is disheartening to know that they let on they care about their client's progress and health, yet this situation proves the exact opposite.

Seems alright and staff were friendly, but I enrolled in the $21 for 21 days trial promo, paid online as required then booked and showed up for my first session just to be told that I have to pay a ~$100 registration fee on top of the $21 I paid for the trial just to do the 21 days I already paid for. I said I wasn’t comfortable registering or signing a year long contract for something I haven’t even started the trial I’ve already paid for but was informed that it is not optional and even the trial requires the contract and ~100 fee. Staff were respectful of my choice to walk away, but this is a horrible business practice in my opinion - to add a hidden expensive charge and require a year long contract to receive the trial service that people already paid for. I wouldn’t recommend going near this place unless you’re willing to commit to a full year and definitely don’t pay for a trial here!

Their classes are fun, but their management is the worst. My friend and I went for the 21st trial at different times.I paid $21 online, and after a 10-minute consultant, they said I can't do the trial without paying the $100 registration fee. My options were to give up the $21 I paid online or pay $121 for a 21-day trial. I decided to pay $100 extra. So, my friend paid $100 and got the glove, too, but I paid $100 and didn't get the glove. When I asked them, I got a sloppy answer saying, I thought I gave you a discount." He told that the $27 glove fee would be refunded tomorrow

I originally bought the 5 classes to try the place. The first class was pushed to commit to the full year in order to get a discount, because from the second class on it didn't apply" also offered a nutritionist appointment that I never saw. They offer a private class everytime you reach 50

I had the pleasure of taking classes at ilovekickboxing, and I must say it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a positive energy that lasted throughout the class. The coaches at ilovekickboxing are truly exceptional. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they take the time to teach proper technique and form. They are also incredibly motivating and encouraging, pushing you to do your best while ensuring your safety and comfort. The classes themselves are intense and challenging, but also fun and exhilarating. The combination of cardio, strength training, and kickboxing techniques provides a full-body workout that leaves you feeling exhausted but accomplished. And the music and energy in the room keep you motivated and pumped up.Overall, I highly recommend ilovekickboxing to anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and effective workout. With great coaches, a supportive community, and an invigorating atmosphere, it's an experience you won't regret!

I did a series of classes over a couple of weeks. Although I unfortunately couldn't sign up for full membership due to personal budgetary challenges, I did get much more in shape just from the two weeks of classes that I had. The classes are fun, staff are friendly, and I learned a lot from the classes that will help with my long-term fitness habits

21 days for $21 actually costs over $100 with registration. You can only join for an entire year. Very limited class schedule. Sales team feel like MLM sales I found the pressure uncomfortable. Very loud and the lighting was Very unnerving.
