We could not be happier with the service we received at 400 Chrysler. In their service department.From the moment you walk in the door to when you leave you are treated like royalty and informed promptly of any updates on your car.Our service advisor Jodi was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Her customer service skills are second to none and I can honestly say she made our experience at 400 Chrysler memorable and earned them all of our repeat business. I would gladly pay extra to receive service like she provided, although I didn't have to pay extra.Thank you for caring about your customers and going the extra mile!

We went in with no expectations. We were quickly greeted right at the door and directed to a nice young man ( Ryan Wood ). We told hm what we had in mind . He quickly got down to business, showed us what we were after. Gave us a price, we countered and he went to work for us to get the deal. We were pleased to get deal we asked for. Then we met Mike Caetano the financial services manager. Another very nice young person. He was super informative and helpful. The really nice thing is no super pushy people, just helpful. Because of our treatment I send my daughter and her husband in to see Ryan and they also bought two more vehicles! We are very surprised and happy with the sales staff.

I called to make an appointment for vehicle service. I called the 400 location and when I showed up for my appointment they said it was for their other location. They had no problem with that and said they would be able to get my vehicle in for its service. I had to wait a bit longer since that’s not where my appointment was but I’m very appreciative they were able to fit my vehicle in. Great service one I was inside, offering beverages and snacks while I was waiting. I know for next time I call I will confirm for which location they booked me in for.

Dealership was great. Like always when they want to sell a car. I had bought a car there recently. They had replaced the front rotors and pads on this vehicle at time of purchase and everything else was fine so they said. A few month later I was hearing some grinding noise coming for the rear wheel of the car. I had taken it to the mechanic and he said the brakes have worn out. After 4000km I have to replace brakes already. When you buy a used vehicle in Ontario brakes and rotors should be at least 50% good from the dealership or seller. I called my salesperson and told him about the problem. He told me that they can't warrent on how someone esle drives and they had check the brakes and they had at least 50% of life left. I have had many vehicle's In my life time so far and I have never seen bakes 50% life left grind out in 4000km . Even the most heavy foot can't do that.

Excellent experience servicing my car here. Quick and efficient oil change! Nykyta was extremely accomodating, besides my regular oil change, she took the time and patience to explain me some findings the technician made, why some things should be repaired and had prepared a quote for me and an estimated time frame for the work to be done in the car. Booked the second appointment right away!

I just bought a 2015 Nissan Micro from this dealership and so far am very pleased. After experiencing frustrations with a number of dealerships not getting back to us, we tried 400 Chrysler and couldn’t have had a better experience!! My husband sat down with Steve and had the information he wanted within minutes. He was awesome to deal with, and was helpful without being at all pushy and was 100% honest. He even stayed late so that I could go back that night with my hubby to see the 2023 Charger GT he had picked out. We then dealt with Brian in financing, and he was also extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. We will definitely be back in the future!!

I brought my car in for an all change. Entire rotation and one of my tires had a hole in it and I had my spare on. I told the service rap that my Jack broke while trying to lift my vehicle and I had to call a tow truck to change the tire and asked for my Jack to be replaced. As the only have 22000 km on my vehicle. I also ask them if they can put the Jack and tools back under the seat correctly. Cause I didn't know how and I was told no problem. That did not happen. The tools were all left on the floor of my truck and I was told to replace the part of the Jack that bent it was going to be over $300. This is a brand new vehicle. 22000 km on it and the Jack supplied was not sufficient. And I'm expected to pay 300 plus not acceptable, especially when the mechanic and the service of visor did not even take a look and see what was broken, not acceptable and will not be back.

Jodi is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and comfortable while making sure that she has all the correct information regarding your customer profile and service details. I have always had good service at this location and was happy to see that exceptional service is still a part of the 400 Chrysler customer experience!
