Someone teach these guys how to operate closed lanes. They've got penetaguishin road/ Blake st in barrie backed up from Johnson to the 400 north of barrie all the way to crown hill.West bound traffic getting 5 cars at a time Before getting red light. Yet east bound has no backups but are going freely. No eastbound cars for 5 minutes, westbound still had red
