The Kilworth Flats
Short little in and out trail along a small section of the Thames River. It’s not marked at all and can be quite muddy at times. Seems to be mostly used by dog walkers and people making there way to the Thames for fishing. Nice views of the river through old growth forests across from the shoreline of the Komoka provincial park.
