Eagles Landing Observation Lounge and Historical Exhibit
I found this observation lounge at the 3rd floor of Victoria BC International Airport. Some comfy couches, chairs and tables but no people. Great for sleeping or resting while waiting for your flight. Just take the elevator to the 3rd floor and its right there.
