Very bad service avoid this store pls

Was very quick, professional staff. Answer all my question about my account.

They are thieves.I got a phone and two lines from them three weeks ago and they told me I have to pay $110 for both of them, but after two weeks I received an email that my balance was $535.When I asked them to explain why they charged me so much, they did not answer me

I am at the present time December 23rd 2021 @ 10:53 AM calling and calling and dialing. No one is picking up the telephone, I am quite certain that they must be busy nevertheless a little initiative by showing some Respect, Pick up the telephone advise the person on the other line that you are not capable of helping them at the present time and maybe ask for their telephone so you may call them back ?? OR IS THIS MAYBE TOO MUCH TO ASK!!! Calling all of Rogers Communications Highly placed managers, I strongly suggest that you give your sales staff a Severe Customer Service course because in the way The store at Rockland shopping center is acting I personally give it a Humongous ZERROOOOO. Apologies for this harsh review But this is a fact I am stating

NEVER BUY OR DEAL WITH THEM, THEY’RE NOT HONEST. I bought an Iphone pro max case 2 weeks ago, the case did’t fit well on the phone, i just asked them to replace it with a good one, they refused saying that the thickness of the cover changed. How come a thickness made of hard materials can change within 2 weeks , the case has no scratch and maintained properly. I regret i bought from them and will never deal with again

Was closed due to lack of staff when I really needed to give back my phone. Can't do it with an agent over the phone.

A story to tell: my SO wanted to sign up, and the way they work is to phone tech support, and charge us $5. We waited 2 hours on hold. Here's they kicker: when it was all done, the salesman turned to me and said what provider are you with?" .. Wow those are some big brass balls

i needed help with getting a new cell phone and met Venise. She treated me like a friend, did everything she could to make sure I was satisfied and also went above and beyond 5-Star customer service. I would highly recommend anyone to go there specifically and ask for Venise.Albert C.

I can't believe that I live in Canada because I was robbed during the day and no one is doing anything.Three weeks ago, I came here and got an iPhone 14 phone and two lines from them.The phone was 40 dollars and each line was 35 dollars.In other words, I had to pay 110 dollars plus taxes every month.But after two weeks, I received an email that the balance was $535.I came back here and asked them why I have to pay this amount and they told me that they made a mistake when registering my name and entered the wrong amount into the system and now they cannot cancel it and I have to pay 535 dollars.I've been coming here for two days and calling my customer service but no one is doing anything. These are frauds.Be careful.And don't come here
