First time visit to this location and was completely impressed! Nice, clean and organized store with good selection of items I needed. The Manager, Dawn helped me with many questions regarding a few different products. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will shop here again, thanks Dawn!!

Went in to buy some gifts for my mum ,was a pleasant experience and the lady that helped me knew a ton and helped me get everything I needed ! Angie or Angela I believe was the ladies name . Will go back for sure because the customer service was amazing and prices were decent .

Very unprofessional, the manager was yelling at the staff and followed me around the store ‘organizing’ one shelf for 10 minutes while i was reading products. It took over 15 minutes to ring up one item and had to call their own staff for help. Also everything it grossly over priced and they were very unhelpful with advice.

I stopped in here while i was in Mission i usually go to the one in Abbotsford, and it's very nice, staff is friendly and the store is very clean and bright, it's not as big as Abbotsford but has all the supplies you need. If i lived in Mission i would be coming in all the time.

The store is clean and stocked. The service wasn't really there compared to other sallys experiences. Hence my 3 stars review .

I live in Vancouver and popped into Sally Beauty out of curiosity, about a week ago for the first time.. Yesterday as I was in the neighborhood, I thought I would pop in again. I was delighted that Angela was there to assist me for my return visit. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I would recommend her if you have questions about any of the products carried by this store.

the fill-in assistant manager was fantastic! i came in having no idea how to care for my new blonde hair, and they completely walked me through it and was able to pick out every product!

I went into Sally's for the first time the other day and when I was talking to the manager" (if you can call her that) she was rude and made it seem like she was bored when I asked a question. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. good thing that there was another employee to come help me she showed me all the things I was asking for and didn't make me feel stupid for asking. if it wasn't for her (I believe her name was Angela) it would have been a horrible experience."

Love Sally is in a mission now!ALL girls are knowledgeable and helpful. I buy makeup and nail polish as well as hair products. It is my go-to store. HOWEVR...manager interrupts and turns the conversation to be about her. I am the customer but she's either done it...gonna do it...or knows someone who has." I find this rude and condescending and it's gotten to the point where if I see her I won't come in the store and will end up driving to Abbotsford. Please address this issue or I will take my business elsewhere."

The staff is friendly but I've been struggling to correct my hair color and I feel like everyone I've talked to just tells me what I want to hear, instead of providing actual advice on what I can and can't achieve. I've dropped nearly $80 on products and my hair looks nothing like what I've been trying to do, even though multiple staff told me it would work. Now I have to go to an actual pro and spend even more money and I've wasted precious time based on input from the girls at this store.
