Just had our windows cleaned, great company to do your windows, fast and reliable. Previously they also did our windows (inside and outside), pressure washed our front porch and back deck and pressure washed the siding of our house. Highly recommend APS Property Maintenance for your cleaning needs.

I was satisfied with the service although they arrived an hour late, but I was notified shortly before they arrived. Was it because of COVID restrictions, but am wondering why they did not ask for access for the inside of the house to clean windows directly in front of screens both in kitchen window, both patio windows and exterior windows? I feel like the job was not entirely done as I cannot reach kitchen and exterior window myself from the outside.

APS came out to our acreage and did an amazing job with both the siding and windows! They were affordable, quick and very responsive as soon as I contacted them. Our windows have not been this clean in many years!! I will use them every year and continue to tell all my friends and family about them!

Winter snow removal service was fantastic! Always on time and did such a great job all winter! So thankful for this company as it saved me time in the morning and no stress worrying about my sidewalk. Definitely recommend!

APS came to take down our Christmas lights and not only were they quick, they were incredibly friendly with my son who was so excited to watch them. The communication and customer service with this company was great and will definitely recommend them and use them again.

I got a response immediately to my email late Friday which is rare these days. They were able to book me in for the Monday morning and the work was exceptional. I ended up having a pressure wash of the entire exterior as well as my exterior windows done. Would definitely recommend!
