Comfort Inn Hamilton

Nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet, once we notified the staff they dealt with it right away. Breakfast was tasty, banana bread waffles were fantastic. Room was comfortable but small. Two beds (either double or queen I don’t remember). No space for a cot (if anyone needs that info). Room had a door to outside which was handy. I was able to park right in front of my room. Tv was not great pretty fuzzy.Coffee culture was a nice short walk away and some stores across the road. My friend had an issue with her booking and they were able to still find her a room at the last minute.

Easy to find, friendly , efficient staff. We took 12 16-18 y/o (school trip) and we stayed here for a few hours before heading to the airport. At first glance the hotel has a sketchy feel".However

We booked a room this weekend, and we had our dog with us. The rooms were clean, cozy, with a microwave and a small fridge. The service was amazing. Very friendly people at the front desk. A very nice gentleman checked us in, and the lady came out of her office to greet the dog and chat.Places to eat and shop are close by.We walked to all of them. The night was quiet, and the next day, we had a very good breakfast. So much food as eggs, sausage, bacon, make your own waffles, really tasty. Again, the service person was kind, polite, and welcoming. We paid a very low price for such an exeptional stay. Thank you to all of you, your hard work shows.

We would like to bring to your attention our recent experience at the Hamilton branch hotel. Despite the hotel's claim of being accessible, we found it to be otherwise even though the room we have booked was written that it is accessible. Our physically disabled child faced significant difficulties due to the absence of an elevator. When we asked the receptionist about the issue, we received an unprofessional and inconsiderate response by saying “sorry guys” we don't have elevator, that's it, without even trying to solve the issue by changing our booking to a main floor room that it is accessible. We feel compelled to warn others of this situation and advise them to exercise caution when considering this hotel. We hope that this information will help other families with similar needs to make informed decisions.
