The Populace Co-Working and Shared Offices

Staff was fantastic and allowed me to focus on my business for the one week I was in town. The space has a modern yet cozy feel and beautiful views of the city.

In February 2019 ... I decided that strictly working from a home office wasn’t what it’s cracked up to be.I had tried ‘mixing it up’ by working from coffee shops … but that routine got old, real quick.I checked out a number of shared office spaces in the Hamilton area and … I wasn’t impressed.That is … until I came across The Populace.Other co-working offerings in Hamilton can’t hold a candle to this place!The offices are beautiful … and the people are fantastic.And … none more fantastic than Denina S.From Day 1 … Denina has gone above & beyond to make working from The Populace a wonderful experience.If you are considering a shared office space … save yourself the hassle of looking elsewhere.Trust me.

Unique shared workspace in a fantastic location. The design of the space is both inviting and professional. The staff is incredible- making sure each business’ needs are met. Highly recommended for any business looking for a productive office.

Beautiful light filled working spaces. The dedicated offices are the perfect mix of private and shared. I love the glass rooms -- they offer security and privacy, but allow a lot of light and let you feel connected to the rest of the space. Very professional but also has personality and character which lends warmth.Comfortable office spaces, great resources including 24-7 access, two boardrooms - large and small, kitchen access, lounge area, internet, reception. The staff are personable and always available.Overall great pricing and value. I love working here and would highly recommend the space for single or small teams seeking a welcoming, professional, clean, and productive space with all the perks.

Great work-space. The environment is motivational and inspirational with lots of natural light. Local artist painted all the murals around the office. The staff are welcoming and helpful.Highly recommend this office for any entrepreneur!

I've been to the populace several times and their team was amazing at providing a great work place, they have coffee on tap along with other beverages. Meeting rooms are spacious and really nice and I always felt welcome.

The Populace has a wonderful atmosphere and a friendly team who are always quick to respond. Sharing space with inspiring entrepreneurs and creative small businesses makes for a great working environment, as does the delicious coffee, interesting deco, and comfy seating.

By far the best designed interior out if all the coworking spaces in hamilton. As soon as I saw it I knew that Populace was the place for me to locate my office at.Staff is great, internet works 24/7, community and neighbors are a ton of fun.I recommend everyone to at least come over and check it out.
