I am on the strata council at my high-rise residential building in downtown Vancouver and we ordered a window decal from Signs BC Illuminated. Aside from not only providing outstanding communication, service, and information, they also produced a high quality, attractive sign for our building's front door. I must say I have not been the easiest customer and we had to re-do the first sign once received (after I, the customer approved it). Signs BC Illuminated, and specifically Katie, went above and beyond to produce a beautiful sign to our exact specifications. After receiving the first sign and the strata council changing their mind about a few previously approved design features, Katie had our sign re-done to our liking, sent us 2 copies of the new sign, and did not even charge us for shipping. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. The representative, Katie, has fantastic communication skills and was quick to respond to emails. This company has been very easy and pleasant to work with we would absolutely order from them again.
