Versatile Accessibility

It is with great disappointment that I feel the need to warn others about this company. We got our bathroom renovated to suit my disabled relative’s needs back in 2018. Ever since then, it has been constant water leaking issues. Over the several years, they have had to gut the entire bathroom and start over, replace tiling, replace the shower head, fix the slope of the shower so water didn’t continue to spill out, replace my ceiling numerous times as water is leaking from one floor below where the washroom is. It’s always one thing after and the communication is extremely poor. They seem to always be understaffed and their staff is not professional nor well trained (obviously given the several issues). If I could go back in time, I would have gone with a different contractor. I’m currently waiting yet again for their staff to arrive to fix another leaking water issue from my ceiling and I have not heard from them for over 48 hours. I never had these issues UNTIL I renovated the bathroom. Beware before going with this contractor.

Had to share my great experience with this company, specifically Willa. We needed urgent medical supplies and Willa went out of her way to get the items and deliver them herself as the items were urgently needed. Really appreciate the understanding and help that was extended to us. Thank you Willa!

My wife ordered a walker from Versatile owing to her disability. Unfortunately, she passed away after the walker arrived. I called Willa and she told me it's not an issue to return the walker since it has not been used. When I brought the walker back to the store, the shopkeeper asked me for the reason for returning. I spent 15 minutes talking about my wife's story and she carefully listened with compassion. Where would you find someone spending such time listening to a customer returning a product. Best salesperson I met in years. My deposit was returned promptly. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Willa.

Words cannot express my gratitude to Doris for the assistance she provided with the purchase of all the medical equipment necessary to help with my Mom's recent hip surgery and broken arm. Doris went above and beyond; personally delivering equipment to the rehabilitation hospital and also to my Mom's home. Doris was a God send during a very stressful time. Willia, Accessibility Associate, was very professional and was very helpful from the beginning. We had a disable family member, she did an in-house assessment and gave us a list of home modification for our consideration. She was never pushy and let us do our decision. We eventually decided to install a stair-lift & get some medical equipment at home, and she worked with us to give us a reasonable quote. The technicians who installed the bed and the stair-lift for us were very nice, and they cleaned up our house afterwards. Service to repair the stair-lift was timely as well. Our family is very happy with the service.
