I called Pat (owner of P H Electric) in a panic. After the storm, my air conditioner, fridge, etc went out but I had lights & TV in other parts of the house. Pat listened to my issues and had me call the office so that Scott would come to check it out in the afternoon. I got a call about 30 minutes before Scott arrived & he got there about 15 minutes before the anticipated 1-3 pm timeframe. He had the problem figured out quickly - hydro line damage from the storm. Although he couldn’t fix it, he answered all my questions & explained how to deal with Hydro, etc. I really appreciate how HP Electric dealt with me. Very professional & calming.Prior to calling them, I spoke with another company who was going to book me in for the end of July for an electrical problem that resulted in half my house not working.They will be my first call for any electrical service needs.
