Friendly local bicycle shop with knowledgable staff

Very good service. We received some good quality bikes here. We got to choose the ones that suited us. We were served by a wonderful person named Marco. He made sure all our requirements were met. He even installed a water bottle holder on one of the bikes. The only thing we could have used was more bungee cords as we are carrying our own bags on the Le Petit train de Nord and had trouble strapping them onto the carriers at the back. Also for some reason they were not willing to give us the keys to the battery holder so that we could remove the batteries and charge them in our room each night with a lightweight cable. Therefore we had to carry the heavier Chargers which added to our weight and were not expected.

Great staff, flexible and helpful. Will make the trip to see them again despite not being local to the shop!
