What a fantastic experience, I called and dropped the car off same day, they took care of paperwork efficiently, drove me home, got the work completed a day early, and then picked me up at home. Fast, efficient, great service.To top it off, they must have not liked my dusty dashboard, because they cleaned the full dash, door to door! I went to another place before, but I will always use Glacier now.

It’s definitely the best windshield place I visited in town out of 3. I have a chip at drivers side(less than quarter inch), and 3 hard to notice chips along.At speedy, they told me they have to fix everything, and icbc only covers 3, so My option is change my windshield, or pay fixing 4 chips form my pocket.At crystal, they almost helped me with icbc cover 3, I pay one on my own, but they just got an Email today, saying they can’t fix the chip at drivers side anymore, if you have one you have to replace your windshield (yes, I’m that unlucky)And I got my windshield fixed at glacier with icbc coverage, and they didn’t even charged me for the extra chip as it is too small,Their front desk service is excellent and their technician is super friendly and easy going, you have to trust their is a reason that everyone giving 5 stars, instead just going to somewhere a bit closer to your place.

Outstanding customer service and excellent work done! I had a massive rock hit my windshield and they were able to get me in right away. They did a great job on replacing my windshield and even went above and beyond in taking the time to vacuum my front carpets!! I couldn't have asked for better service or workmanship. Can't thank you guys enough!!

Got my windshield replaced at Glacier Glass in August 2021. Everything was great -- from calling to book the appointment (less than a 2 week wait) to picking up my vehicle 2.5 hours later and realizing they had wiped down the entire dash! Wonderful customer service, convenient location.

Took my Tacoma in for glass work Jan 31 2022 to the Dawson Creek location and I am very impressed with the work they have provided and the fact they could arrange a loaner vehicle was a bonus for me. They were very accommodating and professional and took the time to listen to my concerns.
