The Tennis School

Okay facility but horrible staff especially Mr. Dennis who has no etiquettes and manners to talk. Wish I could select zero star rating for him.My experience with Mr. Dennis is horrible and I suggest he should learn mannerism on how to run business and how to talk politely to patrons.I will not recommend this facility to anyone.

Looks like they don’t need people to join them. I called them up to enquire for enrolling my 9 year old and I was told they give preference to the existing students and there are no classes for beginners. I’m amazed with these strange things having moved to Canada from US. The person who spoke to me on the phone did not seem to be helpful.

The facilities are good, however the office staff is horrible. I spoke to the same lady twice over the phone, both times she was very rude and unhelpful. I still gave two stars because the coach, the older Asian man, seems to be reasonably good with children.

They don’t even deserve this one star !!The terrible worst experience ever with “ diner “ the owner! Very bad guy and very disrespectful . He must talk politely to clients!!He was humiliating me with very very bad attitude , and at the end he hang up the phone while I am still talking !Saying I am the owner ! I am owner ! In a superiority! Which I really didn’t care if he is the owner or not !Instead , the owner must choose the proper words to talk to clients!Never recommending !! Plus the coach is so soThe price is not worth it at all !!!

Amazing facility and coach Ody is just great! Our kid loves going there and just can’t wait for a week for the next lesson, lol!!

It’s the most disorganized place. They have no respect for your time. I used to go frequently for their tennis express class which is Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8pm. Quite often they organize tournaments at the same time and they make no effort to let people know about that. I complained to the receptionist the 2nd time it happened and her response was I should let the owner know about the inconvenience it causes. She herself wasn’t even willing to take my feedback to the owner. I guess it takes more than common sense to understand you should not publish a schedule you can’t adhere to and in case something changes USE YOUR WEBSITE TO CONVEY ATLEAST. What else is it for?

First, they don’t have a proper evaluation for the level, they just placed my kid who had previous experience in level one for the one hour trial :/Then, they don’t tell you early on that they give priority for existing students for registration in advanced levels.Then they forget to mention the trial is a paid trial. I have no issues with paying it, but they need to bring this up in advance.All in all bad management and they drive people away from the school. I wish if I have read the reviews before wasting my time.

Terrible management- they don’t communicate when lessons are canceled, keep no records of students - we were initially signed up for the wrong class and whenever you call them they are not able to help.

Owner - is terrible impolite materialistic person!!Terrible experience!!Never recommend this school !!!It’s not the best tennis school as per the money ur paying !
