Amazing experience, our first but definetly not the last time here. Staff, food, service, quality is worth 7 stars! Our party of 8 had a few diet restrictions and they wete effortlessly accommodated. Our photos speak for themselves. I highly recommend Palma.

Absolutely beautiful place. Went there with 5 friends and we had the best time. Not only was the staff super friendly but they were attentive and helpful at the same time. Sushi was fantastic, fresh and so flavorable. My friend had the steak, it was so good, I will be getting it next time. Music was on point, we danced and had a great night. Can't wait for our next visit.

I recently visited the restaurant Palma and was pleasantly surprised by the decor and overall atmosphere of the place. However, I must admit that the food didn't leave a memorable impression.Let's start with the positives. The restaurant's decor is absolutely beautiful. The choice of furniture, colors, and artistic touches create a warm and inviting atmosphere with the green tones. The soft lighting and table arrangements provide a visually pleasing experience. The restaurant's ambiance is also excellent. The staff team was friendly, courteous, and efficient. The service was attentive, and the servers were available to answer our questions and guide us in our choice of dishes. The background music added a pleasant note to the overall experience. However, when it comes to the food, I found that the value for money wasn't up to my expectations. The flavors of the dishes were quite basic, and I was expecting a more refined culinary experience. The presentation of the dishes was undeniably beautiful and well-crafted.In conclusion, Palma restaurant offers stunning decor and a pleasant ambiance, but the food doesn't quite meet the expectations. If you're looking for a visual experience and a pleasant setting, Palma may be worth a visit. However, if you're a discerning food connoisseur seeking exceptional flavors, you might be disappointed.

Located on the second floor of the ALT hotel but accessed via a separate entrance, Palma* is a posh Miami-inspired supper club. The decor is beautiful and you can see that alot of attention was paid to getting it right"

Food was good and we were having a good time but the service and organization ruined everything. We were rushed to order our drinks and food, we didn’t even have time to look at the whole menu. We were able to order another round of drinks and after only 40 min of being at the table we asked for dessert and we were told we couldn’t because the other reservation already arrived. However the girl went straight to the table behind us and asked if they wanted dessert. Then, we weren’t even finished our drinks that she told us we had to pay because they really needed the table. All restaurants with reservations give you at least 1h30 or 2 hours for your meal. I didn’t come here to be rushed. We didn’t even get an apology, or at the entrance we could’ve been told we only had 45 min we would’ve left and gladly left you the table for the next reservation. This deserved a 0% tip.

Ok so I’ve been to this place a handful of times now.Honestly it’s always same vibe-energy.Last time i finally found a good reason to back their dessert : “smash me! “Literally left me speechless. Now this is coming from a sugarholicFyi. Do what you want with this info :)Dress to impress kind of vibe at this placeHigh end clothing & high bills are to be expected herePretty design tho. Also, they have a dress code: brands/provocativeIf you show up without reservation, Expect to told its full and wait unless you have connections ( you know what i mean). These kind of places are not my cup of tea, yet i go back since its the lest worst option across the street.

Had a marvelous meal, we were a party of eight. Some of us had some restrictions in our diet and they were so accommodating. Our ages were 80+ to the youngest under 40 yrs we all were thrilled with the food, ambiance and service. Hopefully I can attach a few pictures. I highly recommend this restaurant. Go for a casual dinner or special occasion, you won't be disappointed.

Incredible food paired with a beautiful decor (lots of attention to details) and great ambiance. Definitely one of a kind in Montreal! The seats are accommodating for the type of vibe you’re looking for: lounge area for cocktails, round tables ideal for larger groups and bar(s) - yes there is more than one!Three dishes that I highly recommend in no particular order: Crudo Foursome, Truffle Mushroom Udon Noodles and the Surf and Turf Signature roll. The Crudo Foursome is great for trying all the Crudo’s under one plate - they all taste so good! The truffle pasta is simply delicious, it’s just the right amount of truffle without overpowering the dish. The Surf and Turf is a show of its own! The presentation captures everyone’s attention at the table and wagyu on sushi with with gold flakes and fresh truffle, do I need to say more?

Bad experience and food, would not even recommend as a last resort.Made a reservation at a table but got sat at a bar. Asked why we couldn’t be sat at a table and was told that the tables were all reserved (the math ain’t mathing). They had space at the front bar but moved us to the sketchy back one where the staff/servers(?) were eating their meal and having full blown convos just a meter across from us (the bar curves in a way that you’d be making full eye contact if you weren’t actively trying to avoid it). Hard to enjoy the atmosphere when all you’re hearing is their munching and gossip. It was on an empty weekday evening but we were the only clients sat at that bar when there were plenty of tables everywhere and directly behind us (empty when we got there, empty when we left). Maybe it’s my bad for an wearing oversized fit but last time I checked, they don’t even have a dress code so I’m extra puzzled. The servers were blantanly ignoring us when we were nothing but polite when calling out (because they were busy talking among themselves, even thought they were sometimes just 30cm away and could clearly hear us).Thought that the food would save the experience but I cannot imagine this food being enjoyable to anyone but a person who’s never had good Asian food (they’re going for Japanese fusion from the looks of it). Ordered the two udons they had, which were basically just the same (bad) yakisoba but with different toppings. The mushroom one was not the worst but the other one gave me horrible flashbacks to the carbonara episode—it was so salty. But not salty enough for me to risk getting gaslit for sending it back so I continued eating it but couldn’t finish. The truffle fries tasted bland because they drowse every dish (including the udon) in truffle oil and the sushi roll we got had this ‘unique’ wrapper that would get stuck to the roof of your mouth. I was barely able to get the food down because the whole thing being stuck was triggering my gag reflex. We couldn’t finish anything even though we got there hungry. And we usually always finish our food, unless if we ordered too much we’d take the rest home. But yeah, this is the type of place where u don’t even want to take your leftovers to go. Crazy concept, I know. One star for the nice bartender with short blond hair and the friendly kitchen staff who brought out the food. Idk how they’re maintaining their target clientele while serving this poor quality of food. Guess some ppl just have money to burn.
