Frank and the crew were fantastic, we had a real emergency with our large shipping door. Frank was here quickly and had the door to the point where it could be closed and locked for the night, that afternoon. True to his word they were back the next day and had our shipping door operational in a few hours. He could have taken advantage of the situation, instead the invoice was very reasonable. Wow. Frank was a delight to deal with along with his crew. Even when there was an issue with shelving over my garage door, and they had to come back a second time(my fault!). AND, the end price was over $200 cheaper than I paid 8 years ago to have the same thing done. I don’t review often, but when I do, it’s because a company drank a huge glass of customer service and they deserve to be recognized. FRANK THE TANK!! FRANK THE TANK!!

Thanks to Frank and his team for an urgent garage door fix that had our cars trapped in the garage.Friday night, I tried to open my garage door and the pulley cord snapped off causing the garage door to collapse and get stuck between the rail and wall of my garage. Never seen anything like it...We could not move the garage door up or down, it was completely jammed. I called around google search and only Frank answered the phone. He said he could be there first thing Saturday morning to help get our cars out. He came early Saturday morning and the problem was fixed within an hour. Total urgent situation considering we had my son's birthday party later that afternoon.Could not be more thankful for Garage Doorman!Mike P.
