Professional shoe repair

I've seen great works from their Instagram so I decided to give it a try. Was hoping this is my go to place as I have so many shoes to install non slippery pads.First impression, the guy was very condescending and not polite, calling my brand new Manolo pairs 'not good heels' and pushing to get both heels and the pads done. There are reasons people pay more than $1,200 to buy designer shoes because they are worth quality. Never heard of anyone calling out brand new designer heels as not good..lol When I asked for rubber pads instead of shiny ones, he didn't sound too impressed and annoyed that I am not asking what he is insisting to get. will never visit this place ever again, makes me wonder if all the 5 star reviews are coming from his family/friends.Add: the price for slippery pads were $80. I got it done for $40 today at a very friendly shoe store near Bay and Charles.Add after owner's reply: Nope I was there YESTERDAY right before 1:30pm. Nice try cover yourself claiming I never visited your shop. It clearly tells you are not honest person. so GOOD LUCK try maintaining that.

Really good service and fast turn around, brought back my 15 year canali dress shoes back to life and my loafers. Would recommend him for any leather repairs.

Amazing repair on my Louis Vuitton pochette bag. The strap was tearing apart and they were able to repair it within minutes! Would highly recommend them for any luxury good repair.

Wow! Brought in my very-well-worn-in Blundtstones (wish I had taken a better before picture), and the leather looks brand new! Very impressed. They were also super quick, same day service and they were done 4 hours earlier than they had originally said. Would definitely recommend.

Brought in a pair of boots and purse for repairs and could not be happier with the outcome. Quality of the work is excellent. The original retailer of the purse did not even want to attempt the repair, yet Professional Shoe Repair executed it perfectly and the owner is so lovely to deal with. I recommend these guys 1000%.

Vahid is the best! It was my first time coming to his shop, and when I entered, I was welcomed by his warm smile.I brought him my Chanel bag that needed some TLC. First, he handled the bag with care, and without evening asking, he started cleaning up the bag while I discussed what I was looking for in his service (which, by the way, he didn't even charge me for). He suggested protection to ensure that my beige bag always remained in pristine condition and explained in detail the benefits.He put me at ease, and I felt confident in his professional guidance. I dropped my bag off on a Saturday, and it was available for pick up on a Monday! I was impressed with his turnaround times as his store was bustling with clients coming in and out with shoes, bags, etc. But he made me a priority, and I appreciate it.I live in Toronto, and Vahid is about a 30-minute drive from me. However, I would not go anywhere else.If you want to give any of your high-end luxury goods a bit of TLC, this is your guy.Thank you to Vahid for taking such great care of my bag and for your superior customer service.

To my surprise, they were incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. The person attending to me assured me that they could fix the issue promptly. I was thrilled to hear that they could address my concern right away.In less than five minutes, the repair was completed, leaving me in awe of their skills. I must emphasize that leather repair work can vary in complexity, depending on the extent of the damage. Despite this, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of their work on my wallet.The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail demonstrated by the staff exceeded my expectations. Valid definitely knows how to deal with and fix luxury leather items. I wasn’t sure if I trust anyone with my luxury shoes and bags but he did a great job and I’ll continue to bring him more items to help fixing them. He is honest. A bit on a pricy side but you’ll get a detailed, clean job done on your items.
