Food was amazing! Service was prompt. However, cores for women's washroom stalls could be fixed for privacy. Beware of extra 2 percent to your bill for using credit card.

Really fancy and high end restaurant in Richmond. Very spacious inside and outstanding customer service. Booking is required for dim sum time, at least during our visit. Free parking underground of the building, just fill the order paper with the parking number and license plate. We ordered many dishes for our family. The fried chicken was very delicious, tender and juicy, we enjoyed every bite.Crab was delicious as well with goos seasoning. The order dim sum plate was very tasty as well. The deserts was a good treat and not that sweet as other places. As well the way the made was very cute and and creative way. Rabit, green pear, watermelon forms. We enjoyed it.I really recommend this place for family or friend meetings.

I will list all the pros and cons so it’s easier for you to decide if it’s the place for you! Pros: Seafood vermicelli bowl and beef with rice noodle are delicious; they have a cool robot that brings napkins around; it’s a traditional Chinese seafood restaurant setting if that’s on your bucket list (but there are lots in Richmond); the owner posted his email for customers to contact (you rarely see that in Chinese restaurants); there’s also a reminder that credit purchase cost extra now; convenient location. Cons: The service is horrible (I’m usually lenient because the food is most important, but you can’t ignore me the whole time and make me wait 15+ minutes for my bill - you’re egging me on to leave without paying at that point); prices are expensive compared to competitors; the dim sum is NOT good (I thought I was just picky, but I brought many family and friends to try it with me and all were disappointed). We only visited recently because we wanted the Tuesday $50 Peking duck deal - we were told that’s been scrapped which is too bad. We ordered the reliable and delicious seafood vermicelli bowl instead plus a beef rice noodle, both were good and we left with leftovers (we expected to, for those prices!). We were neglected through the entire dinner and waited 20 minutes for a takeout box. The lady who forgot was actually really nice and overworked, none of her coworkers assisted her and they all ignored us (FYI, I am Chinese and speak Cantonese, so it’s not because I’m foreign!). She felt so bad and gifted us green bean dessert, which we thanked her for. We waited an extra 15 minutes for the bill (I wonder, why?). Will we revisit? Yes, but for take out for these specific dishes only, because they are good! Will we recommend to others? Absolutely not, there are too many better options in Richmond and Vancouver. Note: if you park in the marked stalls for Neptune in the Orange section, you can fill out a parking slip upon arriving to avoid a ticket.

Used to be the go-to dim sum restaurant for my family for the past few years. Its is clean and the food is decent. The quality has gotten substantially worse before, probably due to the opening of the new branch in Brentwood. Recently it becomes the same as it has always been.

One of the more fancier Chinese seafood restaurants in South Vancouver. This is the jewel of the Neptune Group. The new location at Amazing Brentwood has Michelin Star recognition. We came here for the Chinese New Year dimsum. It's great that they use the burners to keep the tea hot. Dimsum selection is large with traditional and some new treats. On this day, we also saw the lion dance.

Excellent dinner especially with the king crab and Peking duck. Awesome cream brulee Chinese style too. What a feast.11/1/2022: so we came here again at 10am to try the dim sum dishes. WOW outstanding, refined taste. This place is living up to it's Michelin Bib Gourmand status. 15% off if ordered before 11am too. Great deal!

We got the dinner special that has Peking duck 2 ways. The duck wasn’t very seasoned, they only gave enough crepes per person. The Alaska king crab was super flavourful, we had it in the garlic onion sauce. The rest of the crab was deep fried and very delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Soup, lettuce wrap, fried rice, and shredded chicken fried noodle were average.Overall, they were under staffed and service was ok. Restaurant was spacious and and clean.

Convenient location by the Canada Line's Marine Station, though I think most people drive since it was hard to get parking spot at the designated parking area. A note of caution - remember the stall number where you parked. The staff insisted you need to provide the stall number in addition to the license plate even though the parking signage says to only provide the license plate.Food isn't cheap and the service does reflect the fine dining experience (& money you pay). As for the food, it really depends on what you ordered. There are some chef's specialty items and done really well (e.g. the stir fried sticky rice or the dessert bun). The staple dim sum like shrimp or pork dumpling is standard. The fried egg plant with shrimp paste was too doughy, portion of eggplant didn't cook through. The food felt like a 3.5 rating. All in all, with the service, location and atmosphere, still a great restaurant. Make sure to have reservation on weekends, otherwise you might have to wait.
