I visited this store to buy some hijab for the Eid.the lady at this store was rude I had my two kids with me and she talk to my little kids and asked them to stay with your mum and don’t touch anything which was so not good and unnecessary she could talk to me this are little ones and they were happy to came with me and see what we do for Eid. In addition the lady lacks customer service skills she wanted us out for some reason. I could potentially buy other stuff and be a customer but I don’t I want to go back there.

We had a lovely experience. The lady and gentleman at the store were so kind and welcoming. They have such a large selection of head coverings and clothing and other items. It is all so beautiful. And the store smells so nice. The kind lady introduced us to the scent she was using in her store and now we are using it in our home. We look forward to another visit in the future. Thank you for making our visits warm and welcoming.

The boutique very beautiful has variety of dresses and home decor additional to many other Islamic books and useful resources. Highly recommended!

I had a very bad experience, and I will not come back again no matter what ..I entered around 6:30 and the seller immediately showed a bad attitude that there is only 30 minutes left to close!!!!Then I picked an item to buy and asked for its box since I wanted it as a gift so she said no box with it so I picked another she said the same without even trying to find a solution and her answer were with a very short mean voice that reflects her will not to sell !! In our arabic way to sell, that is really unprofessional and mean. ...So I left the shop although I was willing to buy gifts for all my friends and family and that is her loss....

Beautiful store with a great selection of Islamic merchandise (including great gift ideas). Highly recommend!!!

The biggest turn off here is they have a “no exchange, no return” policy. I have entered this shop several times but left irate without buying. I ended up happily buying from other shops because of this off-putting policy at paradise boutique.If you give the excuse saying you’re a small business, you may never become big because of this very policy. It’s the first reason you may not grow. This policy only conveys the message that, you don’t like customers coming back, you don’t like giving them a chance, and that you don’t trust them.You are losing wayyy more business by having such a policy than by allowing exchanges.Customers are never happy with such a policy, it simply puts people off.Anyway, End of the day it’s their decision so what customers do? Just avoid such shops.

I bought a gift for my mom. It was damaged and I went back less than 24hrs to exchange it and they said no. You sold me a damaged fanouse during Ramadan and refused to offer good customer service. I will never spend another dollar here. Haram Alaikum, haram. It’s Ramadan.

They have a good selection of hijabs but the lady that was working the day I visted was very rude. She had no interest in helping and clearly wanted me out of her store. She has not regard for customers and that reflected really badly on the store. If the owner or supervisor could change this, the store will become a favourite for many.
