I have been utilizing the services for many years. The staff along with the workmanship is always top quality. If you are looking for alterations, custom embroidery of any kind this is the team to trust. The family owned business takes great pride in their customer care.

It is rare these days to find someone who is personable, cares about their clients needs, and is a genuinely good person. Joe is all three of these things. I needed a pair of pants to be embroidered quickly and Joe went above and beyond to get this done for me. He did this while still maintaining impeccable workmanship, professionalism and kindness. I will definitely be returning to Joe for the rest of our tailoring needs and recommending him to everyone I know.

I found Joe's company online while currently in China. We needed a golf bag embroidered for a special occasion (friends' retirement) - Joe was courteous and patient throughout the entire process, as the logistics were a bit complex. Such jobs usually take 2 days. However, Joe was gracious and kind enough to do it right then and there, as he had found out our friend who dropped it off had come in from a great distance as well. It's clearly a busy time, yet he took the time to help and complete the job in a timely fashion, saving our friend a second trip and affording us the chance to deliver the golf bag before Christmas. Outstanding Service and Quality work!! We did a destination trip for our 25th anniversary and wanted to thank our guests for joining us with a gift. Joe suggested doing a beach bag for the girls and found the bags for us and did a fantastic job embroidering them with individual names and added our trip logo. He provides exceptional customer service and quality work. For my 50th Birthday during Covid he made me amazing personalized masks. Just Embroider It also embroiders all of our work shirts and they look very professional. If you need anything done, they are the company to do it.

He embroidered two school logos on satin stoles (not an easy fabric to deal with) obtaining the logos from the websites and they look amazing, better than imagined.
