I had an awful time here. The clerk at the front did not even greet me as I entered and ignored me as I approached the counter. I had to ask for their attention, and the shop was empty! When I spoke with them, they were exceptionally rude and spoke in a tone that felt very degrading, as though I knew nothing. Although their stock is lovely, I felt because the customer service experience is just so dreadful, I will not be returning, nor do I recommend them.

Highly recommended. Quick Service. Amazing Price. Extremely friendly and accommodating. I would most definitely go back for any jewelry needs.My wife's wedding band had broken. Needed a quick turnaround (2 days). All other Jewelers wanted to send to head office with min of 10 days. DJ Jewelers not only offered a great custom and friendly service but were able to complete in less than 2 days. Had also done more than we expected.

The people here are not only honest, but caring. The gentleman who helped me definitely understood the sentimental value of my piece, and took his time in helping me. I wanted to give a new life to my wedding ring, so I presented the owner my design and he got it right, it took him a while to finish it, but the wait was worthwhile, am very happy with finished product and very good price, I definitely would be back

This guy is a liar and does horrible work. I brought my swiss army watch for a battery change a month later the watch died out. I went to a reputable jewller and he told me the last guy to work on your watch butchered it.
