Great location. Very clean and organized.Staff are super helpful and friendly.

I always love to browse at HomeSense, because they got real good taste of home products, which is so hard to find elsewhere (like IKEA). I bought this pretty crystal bowl by an India brand, and saw a few things that caught my eye!

same as Winners and other HomeSense in other areas but it's a bit run down cz clearance sales are coming out. you might find some good items but you have to sift through lots of items. some are broken so our might get it at a cheaper price. no clothes just decorations. some food but only a few. cooking items, bathroom stuff, home decor, no desk but consoles and small tables and chairs, Christmas decors are up and such. no kids toys. some items are covered with clear plastic so people can still sit but not destroy.they have a good light and most staff were good as well. could come back here but Vancouver and Burnaby are nearer to me and has more options.

Couldn’t even imagine how bad math is for the staff at this Homesense location! I was stocking up at clearance Christmas items for 70% off at multiple Winners/Marshals/Homesense today and they were all at 70% off. But I’m Lansdowne Homesense there were items marked from 29.99 to 24.99. So I asked the cashier to double check the price. At first the cashier said it’s priced at marked and refused to even check so she intercoms a guy to come over. The guy “manager” said he could honour the 70% off and marking it from $29.99 to $21. I told him if it’s 70% off the it’s $9 and if it’s $21 then it’s 30% so I told him his math was off. He kept insisting his math is right even AFTER using a calculator! He said he’s giving me 70% off by marking it from $29.99 to $21! LOL I told him it’s ok, and I won’t get it. I just can’t believe it’s advertised 70% off a the décor section and the staffs are so untrained in marking the items at the correct price. Even worse is when customer asking for assistance they are untrained to do their job right. So call manager with such math skills

HomeSense has variety of house hold items.The staff is overall friendly.Highly recommended if you live nearby Richmond.
