We’ve had the pleasure of hiring Alex and Serhiy for our renovations. They are very skilled, professional, and honest. Everything was done on time, on budget and looks great. Every day they left the place in a tip-top shape which took away the stress of living through renovations. YEV construction was hired by our project manager/interior designer to complete a great deal of the renovations in our home. After that, we hired them directly to do more little things around our home. They're punctual, professional, reliable, trustworthy, and most importantly, good at their jobs. They really do quality work. Highly recommended.

We had hired Yev Construction for full house renovation (floors on the both levels, wall painting, lights, kitchen renovation, two compete bathrooms update including new bathtub, new shower, tiles etc.).We are very satisfied with work Alex, Sergey and team done for us. Quality of work is excellent; everything was done in time and at a reasonable price. Great communication during the planning and implementing stages. Our town is located in 40 kilometers from London and they didn’t charge us extra for commuting. They have a truck and delivered most of the items we bought for renovation from Home Depot and other construction shops in London.Floors: we were renovating century old house and all floors were tilted and squeaky. Yev Construction used cement and plywood to level the floor before laying engineered hardwood. The result is very good: nice looking flat and quiet floor. Tile on the floor (including heated floor) and backsplash in the kitchen was done very professional and looks amazing.Alex and Sergey installed and connected our kitchen appliances including hood (vent outside house), dishwasher, fridge etc., installed gas line for BBQ on the deck. They also cleaned up all rooms after they had finished work.We would highly recommend YEV construction.

It’s been almost two weeks since the installation, and no leaks. They replaced the double basin stainless sink with a single basin composite granite sink, enlarged the opening in the counter to accommodate the larger sink, did all the required plumbing, and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Yev Construction arrived at the agreed upon time, charged the agreed upon price, and did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier.

We hired Yev Construction for 2 separate projects on our cottage. Both jobs (Job 1: finishing insulation, installing gyprock, hanging doors, bathroom tiling and Job 2: laying vinyl flooring, trimming windows and doors) I was personally dreading to do as I had been working on the cottage for 2+ years and was less motivated. Alex and his Team came in with a fair quote and completed the work on time, and to a very good finish. There were some very tricky finish work to be done, especially for trim work as the cottage isn't completely square or plumb. And they did a great job leveling all finishes up. Alex added an extra of weather stripping threshold under the main door and I hadn't included it in the scope of work. He just saw that it needed to be done and did it. And didn't charge me for it. He was obviously not looking to nickel and dime me, and that's something I will remember.I won't go into detail of each item completed (tiling, gyprock, laying floor, etc) as they were completed to a standard that you would expect from a professional. Alex and his Team have been accessible, responsive, friendly, on time, on budget. Quality work, and real value. They cleaned up after they had finished and that gave us a very pleasant first look once we came back to the cottage. We will be asking Yev Construction to help us with other projects in the future.

Yev Construction has fully renovated my house. They have done an amazing job. They have been very professional through the whole process. Really listening to us and providing professional custom solutions and counsel based on our expectations. Then delivering in a timely manner and with a high level of quality.
