Customer service is absolutely appalling and store policies regarding mandates are over the top. There are several friendlier and non discriminatory places to shop. You've gotten all the money out of me you'll ever see. I won't be back.

Hands down the best store of all the locations! Staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always carry heavy items to my car for me which is appreciated. Store is always clean & well organized. All of the girls I've dealt with are nice. But Michelle is just awesome! She always helps me find the best priced items when I go in. If I call ahead, they'll even get my regular order ready to save time!

My friend and I went to get two $100.00 bags of dog food. Asked if we could pay and have them delivered out to our truck. They outright refused us. Never going back. They said because we had no mask, but that's why we asked for them to do curbside pick up. Nope! Simply refused us, so we will never be back.Companies are supposed to allow you to have curbside pick up or offer you a mask, not refuse you and your business. Very disappointed in the way this all went down. Definately will not be making any more purchases here!.

Seriously the best service I have ever received in a pet store anywhere. Employee was very knowledgeable about products, listened to information I gave about my pet's likes and personality, and made recommendations based on that info. And the store is clean, well lit, and welcoming. If I could give 10 stars I would.

We have been having struggles with our giant baby whenever he needs a bath. He was traumatized when he was a baby. Pet Value self service dog wash saved our life!!!! And the staff is always friendly and helpful!

The store is clean, has friendly staff, and plenty of pet products to choose from. The real kicker is the dog wash stations, they are amazing! A really great deal with everything provided to bath and dry your pup. I like the added touch with free treats to make it a positive experience, and I love not having to clean dog hair out of my own tub even more. I highly recommend.
