I have a 110 bottle Cavavin wine fridge that stopped working. Karim from Cavavin correctly diagnosed the problem and brought a new evaporator with him. He worked very efficiently and was able to repair the unit in 1 visit. He then corrected a wiring error that had been made by a previous service company. Very good service!

I have a Cavavin wine cellar/ a truly lovely machine for someone like me who takes care of about 20 or so bottles at a time. Sadly, a broken bottle resulted in a devastating leak rendering the electronics defunct. I called the appropriate repair person who was nothing short of efficient however, the part for my 2006 machine was no longer in the supply chain. As a last ditch effort, I called Cavavin and spoke to their Customer Service Rep. The short story is: he found the solution - I did not have to trash my unit. He has supplied the part numbers and supply line co-ordinates for a new and improved electronics package. Noteworthy. this all happen in less than 24 hours. I feel like getting a shirt that says “Go Steve Go Cavavin” merci beaucoup c’est une plaisirs de faire la affaires avec Cavavin.

Never buy anything from these guys, even if you think it's a good deal. I just bought a winefridge from them and it was already broken before even getting to my place. The product is cheap and will break only after a year or two.

I am so excited to start using my wine fridge. I had such excellent service with Josee! She was amazing! She answered the phone immediately and responded to my emails so fast. I was able to come and pick up my wine fridge and she so carefully wrapped it and brought it to my car.

My cellar broken down after few years of uses, but got a very quick client service response. After few email exchanges I brought the cellar and they repaired it within 72 hours. I am very satisfied with the product and service.

Purchased a $2,000 Urbania 44 bottle wine cooler in December 2013. After 15 months of use, one of the main compressors died in the unit and I called the company to ask for service. They told me I was out of warranty (only 12 months?) and to call a local company to get them to come to service. The repair company they recommended was unable to get the part from Cavavin for over 4 months as it was backordered". All in - it took 6 months and $300 to repair a 15 month old wine cooler. I wrote the company to give them an opportunity to fix the situation and remedy my issues and received a "sorry about your luck" email. They had no interest in remedying this relationship. I feel it necessary to warn all others DO NOT PURCHASE from this company as they sell expensive substandard products and do nothing help you out."

Horrible customer service. Have waited over 8 months for a replacement for the rubber seal on our door that started to disintegrate. They continue to ignore all requests for the replacement even though we have sent all information and pictures to them that they requested.

Left a service request months ago, did a follow-up call, they told me that I should use the online service request, no confirmation or idea if they even received my request.

Buyer be ware!I bought a 48 bottle wine fridge from them because I was told that it was good quality but it broke within 2 years. I have called them 20 times over the course of 3 months and they assured me that they would fix it but that has not happened. They have tried to bill me for service calls and the fridge is still not fixed. The staff is friendly and seem reasonable but they do not take pride in their products or stand behind them in any way. All in all, a very disappointing experience. I plan on going to small claims court to enforce their legal warranty.

If I could give this company a 0* I would. It's a brand new wine cellar and it's at -16 degrees, the technician tried to fix it 3 times. It gets so cold that the wine freezes and bursts. If you want quality, this is definitely not for you.The President, also gives the worst customer service. I've e-mailed her several times, she just keeps sending the technician to fix it. I'm currently on repair #5. Don't waste your money, should spend a bit more and get a better quality cellar. I've never seen a company with so many bad google reviews before, it should tell you something!
