As always I find the service I receive from Benjamin Taylor Watch repairs to be of the highest quality. I send him my watch with a short description of the problem and I receive back within the day of receipt of it a detailed breakdown on the problem in hand and quotes me a repair price and he also informs me of the timescale of the work required, after the go ahead is given the work is carried out and the watch is returned in a post haste manor. If that’s not a perfectly first class business model then I don’t know what is.A pleasure to deal with from start to finish.Bravo Ben.

Repaired my Breitling Super Avenger when the chrono pushers failed. Gave the case a full polish and oiled everything that needed oiling. Watch came back good as new. Can’t recommend Ben highly enough. Exceptional.
