I do not want to leave one star reviews, but unfortunately my experience here was an absolute disappointment. I brought our family’s dog for basic checkup and vaccinations update at the beginning this year. The veterinarian was friendly but seemed to be in a hurry. Our dog’s ear infection was not discovered until they took her to the back for vaccinations. The veterinarian had agreed to have detailed receipts and possible surgery quotes emailed to me for records and consideration. This did not happen until I called back a week later to remind them. Back then, I was not happy with the experience but nor was I unsatisfied enough to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, our dog had an accident about a month or so later and was taken to an emergency veterinary hospital. They found a large tumor on her body in addition to the new injury. Since then, we have consulted two more veterinarians. Both said that a malignant tumor of this size “most likely“ would still have been able to be detected during a physical examination within the given time frame. Our dog is quite old, the tumor is now too big to be recommended for good surgery prognosis. She has missed her crucial time frame for surgery removal of the tumor. Despite others’ good reviews on here, it seems that we experienced the opposite.

We had such a positive experience here. We took our cat in an emergency situation and they went above and beyond in their care of her. They kept us informed every step of the way and it was clear how much they cared for animals. They eased our fears and we are so thankful and happy to say that our cat has made a full recovery! Thank you to all the staff!

Terrible terrible terrible, my best friends dog was in great distress and was clearly sick and unwell, and all the doctor did was say absolutely NOTHING. They charged my friend $300 to basically say “ your dog is fine and nothing is wrong” but that was not the case at all. My friends dog was throwing up all day, had diarrhea, and was extremely weak to the point where she couldn’t even walk. But the doctor at this ‘vet hospital’ gave us absolutely NO explanation as to why she was in this state. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money and don’t care about your precious pets. I have never owned a dog but I can even tell this is NOT how you treat an animal at an animal hospital.

The care that the staff provided for my dog (Dayton) was amazing. They were understanding and had answers to all my questions. I was a bit surprised at the cost when I got the final bill and was asked for payment, but at the end of the day we ( I ) would do whatever was needed for my four legged fur baby. Thank you so much for the care and patience you gave.

Worst animal hospital ive ever been to! Everyone there is super rude! Paid $1000 for them to flush my cats bladder for them to try to get rid of him within 24hrs and returned him to me with his badder still blocked. Didnt fix anything basically just took $1000 dollars from me. If you care about your pet i would not go here! They dont care about animals just want your money

The staff at Willowbrook Animal Hospital were compassionate and understanding when we brought our leopard gecko in. Despite the difficult decision to euthanize him, they were respectful and made the process as painless as possible. They even offered to send us a mold of his hands (are they hands?) as a memory.

Bad ,just bad! my invoice wasn’t even printed correctly showing I paid the 360 dollars. given next to no instructions about how to care for my Sick dog, just advised she needed all her teeth taken out because she has liver and kidney disease! I know right, that sounds wierd, after doing my own research online I understand that her dental is the cause of the liver disease and must be treated in order to then look at liver but cmon! Was given no advice just told he can do the surgery for her when I can come up with the funds. Sent with a 5 day supply of antibiotics and sent on my way! Got home completely bewildered and not knowing what to do for my poor dog who was showing neurological symptoms at that pointlike shaking her head back and fourth. Then when I asked for her records to be sent to a different vet they didn’t send the blood work record or urinalysis? What did they send then? Because the new vet told me they received her records without the records of the only thing she had done? So regret going here! Spent the only money can afford to get the tests done and now I need to get them done all over again! And that could be going to her other treatment costs….. didn’t feel like my dog was treated like she mattered much! And she deserves much better then what she got at this place.

Should’ve done my research before coming to what i thought was a trusted vet hospital. spent over $500 for dr. bath to tell me nothing is wrong with my puppy. even though after HIS treatment for LICE, she can’t walk, is lethargic and can barely keep her eyes open. she’s never had any health issues before coming to see this hospital. He never once answered any questions i had, responding in a condescending manner. Charged me $300 after doing absolutely nothing to help my dog. no diagnosis or solutions. ontop of that, he lacks empathy and compassion. steer far far far away if you don’t want to be ripped off and have your pet go through a traumatic experience for NOTHING.

Dr Bath and his staff were wonderful for our 7yr old black lab JAX on Saturday night of the Family Day weekend ... a very stressful and upsetting situation we were in. Dr Bath stayed late that night to perform surgery on Jax. Three weeks later and our pooch is back to running around! . Thank you to Dr Bath and his team!!

If I could give a 0" star rating
