Toro Matcha

I love supporting local company and the quality of their matcha is very good. Disappointed in my last experience with them and will not be a repeat customer. They had a 2 for 1 promo back in February and it took a month for the order to be shipped. Upon opening my package, they had sent half of an order of 1kg matcha (precisely 10 packages of 40g). I reached out multiple times, still no sign of correcting their mistakes (nothing still as of May 12 2022). Beware of their promo, they might not have it in stock and send you incomplete orders. Feel kind of ripped off.***January 9th 2023. Still nothing!

Discovered 'by accident' but I'm here to stay! I've tried both their drinks and matcha powder and they're really good. Not a fan of all the flavors but that's fine, there's a bit for every taste. Refreshing and a nice boost of energy.

The best Matcha I've ever tasted! I was blown away by how good the sparkling matcha cans are - all the flavours are the perfect blend, not too much, not too little, making them a guilt-free pick me up. I've just received my Matcha powders and am impressed with the smooth taste in just water! Will be trying them in smoothies and more combinations. Highly recommend for anyone who wants an alternative to coffee, tea or energy drink. As a new Canadian company - well done!

These matcha drinks (especially the pineapple) are fantastic. They give a boost of energy with a really refreshing flavour. No aftertaste and not overly sweet or tart. Just a perfect balance and two shots of matcha, what more could you ask for?

Big fan of these beverages! The flavours are fun, tasty and go well with matcha. Lightly effervescent and flavoured delicately, these are beverages you can easily drink any time you need a healthier pick me up. My favourite flavours so far are pineapple and peach and I look forward to trying all the others.

I personally bought a 24 variety pack cause i love matcha.But this drink isn’t good at all. Wouldn’t recommend.I still have over 12 cans left from 6 months ago.

My favourite matcha by far. I use their matcha powder daily, if not more than once a day! Truly addicted and so glad I came across them. Love that it’s a Canadian-owned business also. Easy to order & fast shipping. Have to try their energy drinks next.

UPDATE [05/19/23]: Package arrived yesterday afternoon (05/19), over a month after I placed my order. Nothing is missing and the product is in good condition. I was notified by GMAIL's package tracker that a label had been created on 05/10, but the shipping information did not update beyond that point during the shipping process. Feel free to give them a shot, but don't expect a smooth and transparent shipping or customer service experience; star change: 1 to 2.I'll be honest: the product itself is worth it...that's if you are willing to put up with near non-existent customer service and waiting forever just to get your product shipped. I have ordered a total of 4 times from this company, only 1 out of the 4 have been relatively headache-free. I have had to constantly spam there customer service chat on their website since they don't get back to you when you email them. This happened the very first time and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Second time went smoothly, happened again the third time and I gave them the benefit of the doubt again, and now I'm on my fourth order going on 2 weeks of nothing. Very frustrating...honestly the only reason why I am writing this in the first place. They don't give refunds under any circumstance as far I know (just a form of credit), so I just want my product so I could be done with this company. I'll update this review if any progress is made, if not, I'll just have to take this loss...BUYERS BEWARE!

Ordered the matcha powder and i loved it!!! It’s so simple to make in the early mornings and it makes me feel more hydrated than coffee, while still giving me my dose of caffeine with no jitters and crash
