Love good coffees and saw this place was close. Had some good options. I went with a cold brew with old milk. Walked the shop while orders were made. Was smelling some of their beans and one barista walked over to me and asked if I needed help. I advised I was just smelling their awesome beans for sale. She turned and went back to making coffee. Didn’t buy any since I don’t have a grinder but those seem great. Would come again.

Most delicious coffee with fresh berry scone. Perfect Sunday morning breakfast, perfect ending to our Montreal tour. There’s a cute patio on the sidewalk as well if you want to enjoy the sun. Also got coffee for home. Everything looks -and tastes- exquisite.

You know how in real estate add they put Location Location Location, here I will say Marvelous 5 Stars and beyond.The best part of it is the crew, the staff and especially Nour, he made our experience one of the best in our journey tasting and discovering hidden jams everywhere, he was so knowledgeable about the coffee but mostly passionate about his job and the company he works for, very rare to see that ✅ he went over different beans and brews and we tasted few of them and we ended up buying 4 bags of coffee and souvenirs. The coffee has a unique taste and also they have all type of roasts. The place is very clean retro and chill. Over all it is definitely a great place to go to and for those around it’s a great place to regularly get your caffeine dose. Thank you guys. We will definitely be back every time we come to Montreal.Definitely recommend you all to go there and make sure you talk coffee☕️

This coffee shop is located under the street level, but still has a lot of light coming through numerous windows. The atmosphere is cozy, modern, and minimalistic.We tried the espresso and pastries. The coffee itself was smooth, not too strong and flavorful.But the highlight was definitely the croissant. The crust was not flaky, but not soft either, and you could see layers of puff pastry, with butter shining through. The inside was as it should be: soft, with thick pockets of buttery dough. So far, the best croissant I’ve had in Montréal.

Absolutely delicious coffee! Highly recommend. My guy Ash understands customer service like very few people I know. In the Montreal downtown area, this coffee shop is number 1. Thank you Structure Roasters for a great experience!

Cortado was perfect in every way, and the vanilla steamed milk was exactly what my 10 year old was craving. We couldn't have asked for friendlier service (en anglais). My child suggested that they deserved a $200 tip for their excellence.

Nice flat white with great coffee tasting and also coffee roaster! Nice place to visit for a coffee after visiting old Montreal! This coffee cafe with a decent size and clean decor to relax and enjoy your cup of coffee.

Ive been wanting to come here for some time to try the cold matcha drink and it was a 10/10 :D i have nothing to complain about, the drinks we're great, the service was fast and the enviornement is very cozy. Definitely coming back <3!

Very trendy coffee shop with great service and drinks. I also found my croissant to be excellent. Prices were standard/fair and the space was brand new and pretty cool.
