It's been a couple of weeks since I joined, my review until now is a good value for money if you are looking for everyday essentials of a gym to work out. No classes or pool..etc but works well for me. Cleaniss and customer service are great.

I highly recommand to go to the other fit4less centre: 585 Weber St N, Waterloo, ON N2V 1V8, they have better equipment, bigger room and less people.

I'm not a fan of big box gyms like Good life. Mostly because it's filled with watchers not people trying to work out. Or folks doing it for the gram. While Fit4Less is part of the Good life family, it harbours patrons that are more focused on their workout and fitness. This saves time between machines and there is always weights available. The staff is super nice and the facilities are very clean. Hence the 5 stars.

Clean place and good place to join but the massage chairs and other amenities are not available right after 9pm! They do say 9:30pm but still paying for complete days and weeks so should have those available!

2018--09-23 open, recent renovations. A new free lifting space has been added with a wood floor where smaller hand weights and small bar sets are available. Great for the price. Nice big windows for natural light. Too much zap though.

Worst fit4less locations of all. No paper towels no spray no hygiene. Very old equipments. The worst of all the locations. Please go to anyother fit4less location rsther than this one. Believe me i have seen fit4less before it is nothing like this one.

This place is absolutely terrible. Management's OK workers are ok. The equipments is always broken and nobody is there on Saturdays and Sundays before 12 o'clock. To much cardio equipment not enough weights. They keep raising the prices but not bringing in any new equipment . And be careful signing up if you miss a payment not only will they double your next payment but also have a $25 fee for missing it. If you missed both payments OK but one that's called corruption. This place is ripping people off by raising the rares without telling people.

It’s a great gym, it’s clean, with very friendly staff. But its small and can feel very overcrowded during busy times of the day

It's a great gym with lots of machines and space but they have limited hour for staff and if you went in and wanted to get out because you forgot something you can't get back in to 30 minutes have passed
