I'm really disappointed with this agency, especially with the agent called Martin Amado.I moved to an apartment at ten york street this week. I agreed with the agent and landlord to install blinds and clean the apartment before I moved in.I moved in today. There were no blinds. The apartment is filthy.And the agent is not answering my call or my texts. And he didn't share the landlord's contact information. The agent lied and is not even willing to respond to me.Bad customer service, and I could even say they lied to my face!

Do not work for this company as a realtor or bring income to this company. They do not care about you and treat you like a number. Vice president Kevin Ali is awful and refused to assist regarding renewal of my license as a realtor because it has expired. I will join another brokerage that is more reliable and help me in times of need.
