Gigi majorly helped me comprehend laser in a whole new light. She is extremely educated with a commitment to help you look your absolute best. She pays attention to every little detail…not letting you leave until everything is to her satisfaction. Sometimes that means further time, which is wonderful, as she is not rushing you out the door.I am in the early stages of this new procedure I tried last visit and can see results already. I look forward to sharing more once the treatment starts to do its magic down the road. It was also such a relief to have a laser this effective without any discomfort what so ever. It was warm and relaxing. I am eager to see what happens next.I feel assured endorsing her for any laser action you desire as she can answer every question you have in regards to any of the laser treatments out there. It was so pleasant to have straightforward replies.

I have been going to Flawless Laser for a couple of years now and have been impressed by how professional & knowledgeable the staff is. Gili and Lydeen always take the time to explain the procedures, answer all my questions and put me at ease. As a woman with darker skin I've had fantastic results from my treatments of laser hair removal, micro needling and carbon laser facial. I would definitely recommend their services.

I've had 2 tx for Microchannelling with Procell and Daina who performed my treatments is fantastic as is Leanne, the receptionist/admin. They are super personable and willing to answer my questions. Daina is very proficient and skilled and Leanne had my receipts/after care package ready when I came out. Both times I was called at home to make sure everything was ok and that I didnt have any concerns or issues. Flawless honoured the special rate although I didnt book until after the special rate was over because we had discussed it previously, which was really appreciated. The clinic is uber clean and looks like a professional clinic should. Thanks ladies!!!

My experience with Flawless Laser has been just that … flawless. From the first consultation to all the services I have received since the clinic has been professional, knowledgeable and effective. I could not recommend this team more.While I have had a chance to meet several of the staff, Lydeen is beyond exceptional. Being a transgendered individual, much of this transition has been a journey of self discovery, and no one has been more supportive or considerate of this journey than her. Lydeen is a credit to the profession, and you could not ask for a better laser technician.

This place is awesome and this review is long over due. My sister first showed me this spa and I saw Gili a few times. There are so many different treatments out there today and Gili knows he stuff. She doesn't try to sell you and looks out for the customer. I had a stubborn pimple and she helped extract and gave me the product I needed to fix the issue. Today is a week later and its almost completely gone. I won't be going anywhere else.

The girls are amazing at this clinic. I have an absolute fear of needles but of course vanity wins over so the girls help me thru it. Shaimaa does the injections and is so good with my phoebia and panic attacks. She knows exactly how to inject quickly and knows when I need a break. The results are always great and worth the anxiety. You are in great hands at Flawless.

I have had two treatments with this fine group of fabulous women. All staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient and the clinic is very very clean! My results are amazing - I had micro-chanelling and two laser appointments and saw great benefit right away...my neck looks like I have rolled back the clock by 20 years. I LOVE @Flawless Laser! Gili and the rest of the team are truly stellar - professional, experienced and simply lovely people to work with. They took great time and care to determine what my specific skin needs were, including looking at a treatment plan tailored specifically to my budget and lifestyle. My many, many questions were answered with patience, and the depth of their experiential knowledge was apparent and impressive.

This review is in regards to treating seniors, and treating issues other than skin problems.At 66 I was conned into getting a non sugical facelift, because gili promsed they work for the areas I was concerned about.Not sure of the official name of each treatment, but I had what was recommended.First, If you are anywhere near my age are looking into treating those areas, hope you heed this warning.After around 10 treatments treating ((jowls and under eye bags)) there was no difference in the areas I was concerned with.Secondly, I pre-paid $2000, which was a big mistake. I would not have returned after the second treatment without seeing ANY improvement. SO dont pre-pay.They talk a good game, but lift your arms and imagine an instument fixing the saggy skin you see. That's what they are promising to do. Their treatments may work on 25- 40 year olds, but not many 40 year old need a facelift.Third, I believe its fraudulent, to make these promises to seniors, nor do I believe Gili would have done this to her own mother at 66.Shirley
