I told to the Manager, while she was cleaning the counter, how surprised I was to seeing a friendly atmosphere and beautiful spontaneous smiles from the staff. I've never seen that in a fast food restaurant in a Saturday evening. Kudos to all of Maple Ridge A&W staff

Very good service, super clean store and great food. We ate in and the young man that brought out our food accidentally dropped an onion ring ans within minutes he brought us an extra bag of onion rings for the mishap.

For some reason this place looses the ability to multitask after a certain time. Sat at the speaker for over 5 mins waiting to give an order after the car ahead of me made theirs.. nothing.. guess they can only make food or take orders but not both. Definitely not worth going to if there is even 1 car ahead of you after 2 am.

Just wish the staff were a little more upbeat. Often hard to crack a smile. I feel as though im bothering the staff at this location. Still I prefer this location over others because service is faster.

Clean and light shopping floor. Dinning space is big and comfortable. New location. Foods taste good. Employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Dinning area with tables, chairs, and benches provided. Serve time is fast. Ordering processing time is fast. Credit cards accepted. Public washrooms available. Free parking lot available. Drive through option available. I would recommend it.

Pretty much always bad service. Forgetting parts of the order. Not picking up the phone when I call to complain or return my calls when I leave a message. Food nearly always cold. What's wrong with this place? 3 years ago this place was run smoothly.

I’ve bought burgers here several times and the vegetables are always fresh. The food is delicious and hot. A&W also has the best breakfast.

They pre make too many burger patties. When you get your burger, the patty is cold. Also poutine is usually half empty. A&W is getting expensive and the quality and freshness is not up to standard sometimes. If our food was actually hot, we would come here more often. If you want a good HOT burger head down the road to FATBURGER.
