Sam installed a storm door and a new lock set for the front door. The work was done quickly and professionally and the results were very satisfying. One day later I was experiencing difficulty in programming the electronic push button locking system on the new lock set and sent Sam a text asking for help. Sam was outstanding.We wanted 6 safety bars (grab bars) total, installed in our bath area and our shower enclosure.We also asked him if he could install a new hinge on a kitchen cabinet door, IF he had the time.First off, Sam called us before coming over to tell us he would be 10 minutes late due to inclement weather. TEN MINUTES!Who calls for being 10 minutes late?When Sam arrived, we were immediately impressed with his quiet demeanor and his knowledge of the taskat hand (which he willingly shared with us). The end results were amazing! Everything was perfect. No cracked tiles,no mess left over, and each bar leaving us with the confidence that they would be strong & secure for our lifetime.Sam then began work on installing the new hinge, which WE bought, on the cabinet door. Alas, the hinge was not compatible.Sam insisted that he would pick up the correct hinge at the Hardware store and return to our place to install it - which he did. Thank-you so much Sam.The tab for all his time and labours was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Sam to anyone, in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend Sam for any home repairs.He does fantastic work, is professional, reasonable prices, and gets the job done in a timely manner.I have used him for many jobs.
