I felt safe shopping here and there was hand sanitizer at the door and at the change rooms. Stock was a bit limited, but I understood this due to the current sale. I will check online as at least I now know what size fits me. The clerk was very helpful and polite. I have shopped at this location before and will return.

Great place to shop for quality dress shoes, cloths casual and working. Staff is friendly, store is always clean and in order. When they have sale, they mean sale. I purchased two sketchers casual shoes at 60% off each. You can't beat that.

Just had one of best shopping experience in Marks Georgetown. Last Sunday, Nov 24 brought two nice brand new button cardigan from marks website for 30.99 each. When Black Friday comes, they email remind me both cardigan are currently on sale for 15.99...so today cyber Monday I didn't have much hope but walked into the Marks Georgetown store. Explained the situation and show the email order. The lady there very friendly double check the price to confirm the 15.99 sale is also in store as well. Within 5 minutes, with the cellphone order detail, i got price readjusted for 15.99 each. Very thankfully to Mark and everyone in Georgetown Mark's warehouse location. Definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

I called the store to see if they had a jacket in stock in the size I needed.. they did and it was waiting on the counter for me when I got there.Excellent customer service.

When I walked in the store looking for work boots, I had to ask where they are as there was no signs to show that they were upstairs. The sales lady was extremely helpful.

Young sales lady very helpful in locating a pair of unisex low cut converse..at another store close by. Requested ahoes put on hold at store. Also provided option to have pair shipped to store or my home.
