Begonia Bakehouse
The Begonia Bakehouse is a charming little bakery with delicious sourdough bread, pastries, sandwiches, coffee and teas. The staff are kind and welcoming to you and your pet. There is a nice little outdoor area where you can enjoy coffee and treats with your pet. Nice to have in the neighbourhood.

Really good bakery! I never got to go to bread culture (former owners) but I heard it was amazing so I wanted to give bregonia a shot. I’ve gone a few times now and I really enjoyed everything I tried including: croissant, pancetta and potato croissant, coffee and the sourdough. My all time favourite is the almond croissant, very good depth of flavours.Looking forward to trying the milk bread next time!

Absolutely delicious! I have lived in Germany and France and am quite picky about baked goods. These were just perfect! I bought 2 different loaves of bread, which had just the right texture and taste and crust! It was very hard not to just keep eating. Sooo good! The chocolate croissant and madeleine (with fruity filling!) were also very tasty. Highly recommend, and will be back for more!

Went in for a sandwich and they had no selection at 12:00 in the afternoon. Quite literally, all they had left were macarons and 1 sandwich. Quite poorly planned and stocked. And they had nothing left to make more sandwiches. I can understand being sold out of baked goods. But sandwiches are easy to account for a variation in quantity. I was pretty disappointed. I've heard good things.

Beautiful little bakery. Got an almond croissant, monkey bread and sourdough loaf and everything was delicious! They will even slice your loaf for you. Highly recommend checking out this charming small business

Excellent bread - best baguettes we’ve had in Calgary! Almond croissants super tasty. Will be back asap to try more of the offerings. Great to see a top-notch boulangerie/patisserie again in this spot.

Tried them for as they recently opened in our neighborhood and it’s a quaint spot if you need your caffeine fix accompanying your almond croissant. We got lucky and got one fresh out of the oven and it was delicious. I’d come back for sure to try out more goodies!

The pastries here are delicious! The twice-baked Almond croissant is so flaky, crispy, and flavorful. Also tried the pain au chocolat, the plain croissant, and the sprouted Sourdough. The prices seem reasonable compared to some other bakeries and the quality is as good or better. They're new and are definitely worth visiting!
