I am in love with this clinic, doctor Idris is one of the best Doctors who genuinely cares for his patients. One drawback is the waiting. But once the waiting is over and you are there for your appointment you will feel that waiting was totally worth it. God Bless the staff so friend and very professional. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Terrible experience! Waited for the doctor for 1.5 hours DESPITE booking an appointment. I went out to check with the receptionist multiple times and she kept on saying that the doctor should be coming soon. Finally the doctor comes and says sorry i forgot about you guys. Even after that, he gave absolutely NO valuable advice and asked me to go online to read about my condition and what i should be expecting. Goes without saying that i’m never going back there.

They don’t know meaning of appointment. I always book appointment with them and I always came on time but after that I have to wait for hours and at the end sometimes they doctor runs late

Ive been here before to see the doctor for my toddler. Didnt have a complaint the first time but the second time. Im so disappointed. Took my son in due to a high fever. Came at 6pm. Didnt see the doctor till 8:30pm ( mind u this is with a two year old waiting patiently). Saw us for two mins. Told me my son has a bacterial infection. Prescribed a medicine. Came home. My gut was saying something is off. Went to MAC ER. ER Doctor told me the antibiotic the doctor had prescribed me was WRONG and the doctor is supposed to do a swab before prescribing a medicine like that WHICH he didnt even do… the ER doctor told me never to go to that walk in again because clearly the proper practices are not being done. The ER doctor told me to throw the entire antibiotic dr. Idris gave me away because my child should not be getting that. I so shocked and SO glad I got a second opinion and trusted my mom instincts. Safe to say i will never be visiting that clinic again and suggest you dont either.

Waited for 2 hours for the Doctor to see me, when receptionist found me in the waiting room she told me the Doctor had left…this happened to me twice and also happened to my friend who went there!!

I needed a refill for my medication, and it was great seeing Dr. Idris today. He takes the time to listen to your health concerns and is very understanding. The receptionists are also kind, caring, and helpful. I recommend Dr. Idris for anyone who is looking for a family doctor.

Won't recommend to go if you are new patient here. No one cares. Was standing at the reception for 15min and then waited for another 45min, still not my turn. Saw people came after me going first and that too without any appointment. Finally when I asked how long its gonna be, I came to know that I was booked with the doctor who was not even there and was going to arrive after half an hour when I asked.Also, the receptionist girl has no medical knowledge I guessed by the answers I got. So successfully wasted about 2 hours of my day without even consulting Doctor.

Although staff acts nice but you will also be misdiagnosed and mistreated ALL IN A WARM NICE WAY. This is by far the worst place to go to for medical attention. Tired of trying to find a good doctor actually! These doctors have too much power and it comes from the government refusal to increase their number (obviously for riches to stay amongst a very few which is very sad..) what do we pay taxes for if we can’t get find a decent doctor?! These so called doctors are the biggest money gushers across all industries and they need a check. We can’t even have a law suit against these unethical highly powered individuals!!! What a mess!!Was diagnosed with “Just an inflammation” where in fact I had a degeneration of bones..after months of ant-inflammation usage my case was getting worse. Walked in for a check up and asked if there was a better way than ultrasound to check my condition and to my surprise the doctor answered with a question of his own: “do you know or a better way?” Not sure who was the doctor him or myself?! Asked to be transferred for a specialist and i got “there wasnt a thing a specialist would do that i didnt.”!!! Turned out a ct-scan was needed for this particular situation and there was no way an ultrasound discovering the real situation. Thank god i seeked medical attention elsewhere; with a real doctor!RUN FOR YOUR HEALTH!

Dr Idris is a great doctor he's very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with there health issues. Not only that he explains your issues verbally also with diagrams and pictures. You leave his office understanding your issues. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.A rare find

Terrible. My husband who never wants to go to the Doctor as is, called ahead, took time off work and waited, to then be told by the Doctor, he has patients to see and is too busy to see him for his ear problem. My husband was like, sorry? I AM a patient. He then went somewhere else to which they said, you cannot have 2 OHIP visits in one day. Came home, totally disgruntled and even more skeptical to ever go to the Doctor. Thanks a lot!
