Bluebird Self Storage

WARNING Expensive Bikes Stolen!!!! from my unit at the Lakeshore Bluebird and I was a multi year & multi unit customer. I dropped off my bike on Nov 4, 2022 and when I returned to my unit on Jan 8, 2023, the bikes were gone. Bluebird could only review their security footage to December 19 and there is not many cameras inside the building so thieves can roam undetected once inside…Bluebird said we can't support an insurance claim if there is no proof. What a joke as it has to be on their security cameras ...go back to Nov 4 and start looking for bikes being moved ... or maybe it's just an inside job and I was targeted?We had a barn door style unit" which has pins (one in top and one in bottom) in the door to keep from swinging. I feel strongly that these pins can be manipulated with a set of pliers and in turn the doors will swing open with the lock still on and hence no requirement to cut the lock. I explained this to blue bird but they say that's not possible. I wish I could post pics and video on the review to show how it can be done.In summary

Great storage unit, very clean and organized. Staff is always helpful, especially Stephanie and Latoya. Compared to other facilities in Mississauga, this one has to be one of the best.

Large and modern self-storage location in central Mississauga. Stephanie at the front desk is very friendly and professional. Many self-storage properties are old and sketchy. This one is brand new, safe, and fully temperature controlled. Highly recommended.

Love this place its better cleaner and has air-conditioning in side as well as wonderful and amazing workers that respect you once you go into Acquiring a unit

I was shifting and needed a storage unit and this was one of the closest storage places near me and I am so glad I chose it. The space is clean, modern, no complicated floor layout and easy to access with trolley/ carts available when needed. The staff are so hospitable and informative. The lady that was helping me out was so sweet as she guided us through the different units to narrow down what option best catered my needs. The lady gave a thorough break down of what I would have to pay and what the process looks like and even patiently addressed any queries my family had. I would definitely recommend Bluebird storage. Absolutely loved the service!

Stephanie was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Bluebird Storage. It's very clean and well modern. I felt very comfortable there. Also, it's close for me to get to. Great spot!
