I brought in my teacup chihuahua to have her nails clipped like I do every month. I have been going there for a while, and for some reason she went down the stairs and a lady was opening the door at the same time. Peanut, that is my dogs name ran out, into the middle of the street and just kept running. Everyone from the clinic was out there helping me to find her. The team at the clinic was actually asking cars to slow down while we were trying to find her. We had lost her for a while, as you can well imagine, I was absolutely beside myself. Finally a young man said that she was spotted underneath a car and the team from the clinic all ran to that car and got her. I cannot express enough the gratitude to all the members of the clinic that ran out to find and save my dog. Thank you all so much for caring, and I will always be grateful for your compassion and caring. I will never forget it. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH FOR SAVING MY PEANUT.

After years of having my pug taken care of by them, they just let us down in the most inhumane way.Over the last days our dog started having syncopes where she loses conscience. It's now to the point she lost conscience 8+ times in the last 24h. We called them for help and they told us: although we're open, we don't have any emergency availability. You should really seek help from another clinic. They did not provide any form of comfort or tried to understand how we might feel with our 14 yo dog possibly dying.You have to understand we spend 2000+$ of food with them per year for our dog and over the years they have invoiced us thousands of dollars for various treatments and surgeries.At this point you'd have to pay us for us to even lay foot in there ever again. As far as I'm concerned, I hope they go bankrupt.

Staff is always kind and welcoming. I am always able to see a vet quickly and get clear explanations/instructions from them.

I LOVE this vet hospital! The staff are always cheerful, reassuring and helpful. The techs are calm, patient and extremely helpful as well, and the vets are great at explaining what's going on and what needs to be done. My cat is (very obviously) overweight due to circumstances that were mostly out of my control, as she came to us weighing over 20lbs. Everyone immediately fell in love with her, and I was given multiple courses of actions depending on budget and overall comfort. Weigh-ins are free and without appointment, and initial check-ups were also free of charge. I'm very protective of my girl, but I'd leave her with these people without a second thought. I trust them and their shared love for my Big Madam!Just be careful calling during off" hours; you might be redirected to the clinic on Parc ave! I didn't realize until the day of my appoitnment that I'd booked at the wrong place; the staff at Parc ave were also very kind and understanding and waived the cancellation fees as well!I cannot recommend these people enough. 6/5 stars

I can’t begin to describe how grateful I am to the staff of this clinic. Their empathy for animals, as well as their owners, and their outstanding service, will ultimately change my cat’s life moving forward. Much, much thanks to them.

I have interacted with one of the male receptionists to buy dog food a few times in the last year. Every single time, he was rude, condescending and rushed me while I was trying to talk. If this is the kind of service they offer, no thank you...

Took my cat here for an eye problem. The vet was very nice and honest. Didn't try to upsell, just genuinely cared about the wellbeing of my pet and my own bank account as well. I'll definitely bring my cat back here in the future.

It is the second time we go there to buy food and weigh my dog. Needless to say this will be our last. Terrible and rude receptionist. They literally looked at my dog in disgust. Sorry that he has severe IBD which led to severe weight loss. A little empathy doesn’t hurt. The girl with multiple hair colours was just awful today. My husband and I were shocked. We have spend an incredible amount of money to save our boy and to go weigh him to keep track of his weight was just an awful experience. Her silent judgement was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Had an amazing experience here with my very sick cat that needed a feeding tube. I was really nervous about the process of tube feeding at home, but the vet and vet techs would check in with me regularly by phone to offer help and support (for me and my kitty).I'll never forget the kindness and humanity with which everyone treated us. Thank you Dr. Bolle, Anais, Lu, and everyone at HVV !

Absolutely loved this place. Our cat had a stone in his bladder and the staff explained everything throughly on how to take care of him. They made us feel comfortable, heard and were all very kind.
