I ordered a happy meal, and in the inside of the happy meal there was no toys, no books, no yougurt. When I ordered tea it was very cold and all of the employees and mangers do not care about the customers and show a lot of attitude. So I highly recommend that you do not come at this McDonald's.

Where do I begin…Always something that ran out from their menu.Staff is mediocre at best.The kids play place is always full of teenagers after school and the staff doesn’t seem to care.And if you’re thinking of getting something later at night from their drive through- please watch the picture I posted.Worst McDonald’s in the 905 area.

When i go to McDonalds it's for 3 things. 1. Hot fresh food that's tasty. 2. Fast friendly service. 3. A clean sanitary environment.This visit to this location in Bradford ranks in the top 3 worst ever for me. The food (double BLT quarter pounder w fries) definitely hot and seemingly fresh but pretty bland. A true nothing burger of flavor. Fries were ok.The service was unfriendly and sullen. The worst part was the disgusting counters, filthy tables, full garbage cans, and dirty washroom. What the hell McDonalds... Do better.

Went there Saturday June 24th at around 2am to get some food. Pulled up to the speaker to found out they’re not serving food??? Only drinks? This is a 24 hour drive thru. What do you mean you’re ONLY serving drinks at 2am?… pretty ridiculous how it’s suppose to be a 24 hour drive thru but yet they were ONLY serving drinks at 2am…So disappointing. I honestly feel like the workers did NOT want to make any of the food because there was no one there.Management needs to get this fixed.

The staff need more training. Almost every visit, there are no napkins or straw in my bag. And either the oil for the fries is not the proper temperature or they pull them out to soon. Fries are always mushy. Big Mac is always good though. This McDonald's is definitely not up to standards for the chain.

Honestly I do not understand why they hire people who do not want to work there. One time I got a lot of attitude from one girl with pink hair who clearly did not hear me well on her headset and punch in my order half right. When I got to the main window to pay instead of apologizing she just screamed… “thats not what you said” …. All upset instead of simply adjusting the order.Today I just left the drive thru and a blonde manager was giving such attitude when she did not fill my order right!She gave me a coke with no nice( i did not request no ice in my drink) so when I told her I did not order NO ICE she looked at me in a racist way and filled up a cup with ice and gave it to me so I would pour the ice myself in the drink. The ice she gave me was dirty and shown on the pictures.When I told her the fries she gave me were cold she again looked at me with such hate for making her go for fresh fries…Truly disappointed, i worked at a Mc donalds before and NEVER treated clients in such way. They didnt add a receipt for my 6 nugget meal

I am absolutely flabbergasted at the quality of service I received tonight. However through all my anger I do not blame the employees. I blame the owner. I went through the drive thru this evening to try the new chicken big Mac. They seemed to be extremely understaffed and it took over 25 minutes for me to get my order and I was the first in a long line. I will not be surprised if those employees were yelled at by the end of the line. Afterwards when I finally got home I found that my drinks were incorrect. I called wanting a solution since this was all ridiculous in my mind and my answer was to come back for it to be fixed. No thank you. They couldn't offer anything else like return at a later date or anything. So I will personally not be back and I recommend to anyone that wants mcdonalds they go to newmarket, it would be worth the drive. Final comment to the owners, properly staff your facility and this problem won't happen again.

Want to know what the new chipotle burger tastes like? Me too. Here's what the inside of mine looked like. A few crispy onions and a tiny piece of bacon with the tiniest hint of sauce. The patties were way overcooked. And to top it off, when we got home and opened up my son's happy meal, there was no nuggets. Good thing he likes fries.

Ordered through drive-thru at 1:20 AM. Wait was very long but very worth it. The food (filet o’ fish, fries) was very hot and fresh—best McDonald’s I’ve ever had.
