I brought my skiddish rescue dog into the groomer here for the first time. After meeting the groomer and discussing some special requests for our dog and explaining his usual fears, he has never been comfortable with any groomer, he wandered right up to her for pats like it was no big deal. I knew then he would be in good hands.On getting him back he was clipped perfectly and for the first time ever coming back from a groomer, he did not smell of soap/perfume! For a dog who obviously has much more powerful olfactory senses than ours, I am always distressed to get them back stinking of fragrance. He was clean and clean smelling without any intense odor. More points.The price was very reasonable and after warning the groomer of my pup's fear issues I was pleased to find him relaxed and happy on his return to me. I applauded the handling skills here in a big way. He was also clipped exactly as I asked, which was a special request. Amazing results and I will definitely be bringing my dog back.

Great, fast service especially during the quarantine. Informative service as I try to find the right food for my dog. Offered a few options of great quality foods to try.Keep up the great job, even when we can walk in and shop.

We took our 2 dogs here while in the area for grooming. Janice is by far the best groomer our dogs have ever been to! She was friendly, professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and did a great job with both our dogs. Additionally, the gentleman at the front of the store was also friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend!! I am from out of town and called the store before driving in to see if they had certain items. After calling a couple of times and getting no answer I gave up. About 15 minutes later, a gentleman called me back apologizing for missing my call as he had a line of customers and couldn't answer the phone.I was so impressed, that he cared enough to bother to call back a missed number.I did end up going in and they did have what I needed, great store, great service!!!!

Best place to shop for your pets! The people here truly put their heart and soul into this place and want the best for all animals. They're very knowledgeable and have always been very helpful with cat questions.Sometimes there are animals to pet and I will never object to a fluffy friend.

I took both my dogs to get thier nails done, because i was tired of waiting for one of my adult children to come and do them. I've never done nails on a dog was worried to do it.They are so good there with them, great price, in and out service. Fantastic people, I plan on going there from now on. Thank you ladies
