I phoned to try to set up an appointment for family planning as my partner does not have a family doctor. I was told its not an urgent care issue and that i should go else where. Elsewhere as in we frankly don't care about your challenge finding a doctor in the area. I was told this place was helpful and had good reviews. After looking online I can see that faith was sadly misplaced. Ignorant receptionist. Poor service. Inaccurate information.

She shouldn't even get 1 star qll she does is push pills on you and calms you have something that you don't, when a specialists calm you don't have it but she says you do. She isn't baby/toddler friendly at all. It takes forever to get into her and most of the time you see the np not her. Her office always messes up on paperwork. I rather have no doctor then her

Not sure why the others are complaining about the receptionist. She has always been very nice and friendly to me, and i find the service there exceptional.Dr Majeed and her staff handles my concerns with care and attention.

I am very appreciative that I was able to find a clinic. After being in and around Peterborough for 3 years I was happy to find a doctor to help me out with my issues. I found that the doctors here are extremely busy and not enough of them. NP Cathy gave very personal care. Cathy is no longer going to be there and now the new doctor has been sick and now the appointment is pushed back. I know the clinic is not to blame however as a patient this is very disappointing. I pray the area gets more doctors so more people can be looked after.Thank you guys for your help.

Been a patient" for over 2 years. Never got any help.. I asked to help go over my medical history with my doctor to help identify some of my problems and never got any help. I asked for help renewing my puffers and I never got any help. Most of the time we've came we left feeling worse about ourselves and our mental health. Never can get a hold of anyone when we call. We basically have to goto walk in clinic any time we have a problem. Very disappointing. Really makes you think twice about "free health care"."

I have always found the staff at this clinic polite and competent. I have no problems getting through to someone when I call for an appointment. I have found that all the doctors in the area simply don't have enough time to spend sufficient time with patients since the Covid business. I look forward to when this is no longer an issue.Well now I know why people complain about the staff here and the rudeness .....I had to deal with an extremely condescending, ignorant receptionist last week. She really destroyed my previous good thoughts about the staff here.

Wonderful experience. I don't have a doctor and needed 2 prescriptions refilled. I got through to make an appointment right away and was able to be seen at 11:30am that day. The staff was so friendly and understanding and I was taken in right ontime. Wonderful service.

UPDATE: So, new secretary is pretty good at making sure req's are sent to the lab. This person has a much better bedside manner when speaking to patients both over the phone and in person. A HUGE upgrade!Dr. Majeed, still one if the best drs I have had! Same goes with the NP!

Receptionist, laughed at me, hung up on me, called to say I missed an appointment at a xray clinic.4 times , I could not get my prescriptions.Had to get prescription at emergency, override at pharmacy,then the clinic would call.Call so many times, then receptionistWould laugh and hang up on me.No customer service.

My wife and I were accepted as patients a year ago and we have had 6-8 apps for various minor issues and have been treated with respect and professionalism each time. Doctors are , refreshingly young and knowledgeable. A great addition to the community.
