Very rude people. The delivery guy was yelling at me. I sent him back with the order and told him do not every let me see you on my property again!

Excellent service. On time, efficient, careful and pleasant. Moving can be stressful, but this company made it easier. Thanks to Fred Baldwin for his detailed estimate, and to the three movers for a job well done.

We had the most amazing experience with Windsor Truck and Storage. We were moving across country to Alberta and a little worried about all of the moving scams out there. Windsor Truck and Storage was a member of Allied moving vans. Fred came out to quote the move, h was courteous and helpful, the guys that came to pick up the load were fast and friendly and tagged absolutely everything so we had an inventory. They delivered on time and keep their price the same as the final quote. Honestly it was a pleasure working with them!

Very unprofessional. Ordered a desk from Urban Barn who used this company as a storage facility. Went to pick up my item and was told I had to load this large item into my SUV myself. (All the person would have had to do is push it off the dock while I lift it into the car) They claimed it was the policy" that they couldn't assist in any way. Instead they sat and watched me load this 100+ lb awkward box by myself."

I’m about to make an international move in the next few weeks and it looks like I won’t be able to bring any of my household items with me. Someone finally came out to my house (after rescheduling a few times) and took pictures of everything I wanted to move. He assured me I would get a quote the following evening. It’s been 2.5 weeks since then and it’s been radio silence. This company is unresponsive and extremely unprofessional. My moving plans have become a lot more stressful because of this. Don’t even bother with this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. All we needed was for them to pick up a damaged vanity we had purchased. To start, we were going out of town so I called ahead of time and left an alternate number to call between those dates if the pickup would be while we were gone. They ignored this and just called the original number on file, giving a 10 minute warning on a Tuesday that they would be there. A little unfair since most people would be at work anyways. Then when we got back I heard my missed messages and called to reschedule and was told my pickup would be the following Monday and they would call Friday with the specific time. After not getting a call, I called them again first thing Monday morning to find out that they actually weren't coming and they couldn't fit it on the truck. I was told they might be able to do Tuesday, which didn't work for us. I called a few friends and found something that could be at our house Tuesday for the pickup, and called back to let them know. I dealt with Ryan in the warehouse and I found him to be extremely rude and degrading. He was talking down to me the entire time and was not making any effort to schedule a new appointment. Trust me when I say to avoid this company. I never give Google reviews because I've worked in the service industry and I know people can be terrible, but I can't let this service go. They need to really work on their customer service, and perhaps consider a personel change (at least for who deals with the public, because that is who is the face of the company). I'll update if our vanity ever gets picked up.
