I spoke to Brenda Karagiannis and she was wonderful. Explained everything to me, answered my questions. I had trouble with the zoom and she was so helpful trying to help me out, we had some great laughs. Very friendly and personally. The only issue I had was the amount of reminders I got from 3 different phone numbers and email reminders, if the company that sent those could cut those down, it would be great.

Virgil explained things so well, made sure all aspects were understood. Made sure my needs were met in terms of coverage, wish everyone could have access to such great company

A Free Will are words thar resonate with everyone who knows that it is time to face the necessity of addressing the responsibility of creating a will. I had put it off Ling enough so sent for the Will.I was contacted by Edina Nyandia and a meeting time established to discuss the process.Not only was this person gracious, patient, positive and very personable, BUT her help was very much appreciated and necessary!Edina, showed outstanding skills in all areas of our interaction.She was friendly, efficient, helpful, empathetic and a breath of fresh air to deal with.She guided me through the Will with so much help with each area that she was able to empower me that I could handle the process with confidence and an awareness of what I needed to do!Edina had the ability to relax me and approach the process of making a Will as a doable task that with her support would end with me finally having a Will.My reaction to Edina was beyond positive and I felt so fortunate that i was lucky enough to have been connected with Her!I don't think there could be anyone who could have been better than her to guide me through a emotionally sensitive process!!!!!
